Reading a lot of the recent reviews about shipping problems had me nervous, but for what it's worth, I received both boxes when I ordered (July 2024). I've tested the mount to make sure it works but the weather has been interrupting any possible viewing.Other than powering the unit on and testing that the controller and motors work, I have not used the mount. I will update the review further if required.

This mount comes in two boxes. One is the head unit, and the other is the tripod and weights. I ordered this twice, and only got one box each time.The mount itself tracks very well. I think I was getting .5 arc second. Unit is heavy duty and hold a large payload. I am using it with an asiair plus, and love it. Would buy again.

Was glad to have got this 17% off. It is the real deal and both boxes were delivered at the same time. One box has the mount head, the other has the tripod.
