Trumpet case came with mismatched sides. Standard learner's trumpet does not fit inside of it, it is simultaneously not deep enough and not shaped right, despite having the dimensions to be so. Inside was misaligned by nearly half an inch. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy this.

This is a great affordable case. Lightweight, holds the mouthpiece and some smaller things inside. My son can bike with his trumpet to school now!

I bought this for my middle school son after his original trumpet case broke. As you can guess, carrying an instrument to and from school daily on the bus was tough! My son loves this case! The straps have so many options. He started riding his bike to school and carrying the case like a backpack. I really with the outer pocket was large enough to hold music, but that's not a big deal. Case is holding up well and is lighter than his old one. It also seems water resistant and repells rain. I'd definitely recommend this case if anyone is looking for one for daily use.

It is so much lighter and versatile than the hard case my daughter had. Zipper pocket gives more space to keep essentials. My daughter absolutely loves it!!!

My 10 year old loves this case. It is hard with a soft cover, and very sturdy. You can hold it 3 different ways. All of his friends are jealous that he can wear his case like a backpack.

The case is definitely light-weight. I bought it for my son who has just started playing. I think it will be ok for a beginner, but there are some significant shortcomings. As mentioned by others, it is quite small. Larger trumpets likely won't fit. In addition, the inside compartment is not big enough for any mutes. Mine wasn't even continous like in the picture. Just two small, shallow indents. The outer pocket is not even close to big enough for music, and the shoulder strap (as mentioned in another review) is quite short. My first impression is more disappointed than satisfied. I haven't had it long enough to speak to durability.

Mine just came in today, very lightweight in the box I thought it wasn’t in there at first. Unpackaged very easy. The case itself is very sturdy and much better then my gator case. Small pocket in front is good for cleaning snakes and coordinates if you’re in marching band. The inside is well padded but my lead pipe sticks a bit out of the edge of the outline. Still closes well and can zip up. The zipper line on the right of the case makes it a bit difficult for the case to close but nothing too bad. There’s a strap on the inside that you can clip to the outside to sling on your shoulder. It’s too short for over the chest. For reference, I am 5’6 and a female. There is only one mouthpiece holder which isn’t bad at all. You can put extra mouthpieces into the pocket on the front of the case. The straps to put it on your back are adjustable and comfortable. Overall, I would give it a rating of 4/5 because as of right now it seems to work just fine

This was a very well-received Christmas gift for my daughter. My trumpet-playing son says it is a good case. It’s pretty tough and very lightweight, love the option for backpack straps or over the shoulder and the pocket is big enough for a small book. My daughter loves how lightweight the case is. I love how sturdy it is, her instrument is well-protected. The zippers glide smoothly and overall we love it. I may have to purchase a second one for my other trumpet-playing kiddo!
