This product is total junk and would not keep a clarinet safe. The spaces inside leave room the the instrument to free float around inside instead of fitting snug and secure. The plastic case is brittle and would break easily, mine came in the mail broken but the shipping box was not damaged. I am returning this.

I didn’t expect this case to be extremely well-made for the price. I did expect it to fit all the parts of the Clarinet though. It doesn’t actually do that. The top joint doesn’t have a space large enough for it. Also, the latches are really quite cheap. I don’t really recommend this case.

My daughter decided, because 3rd grade you can start band to do clarinet so she could follow in my footsteps. My clarinet had been used by me for many years and then by a friend's little sister. The latch on the original case broke so a replacement was in order. This case is a near identical case and I know will stand up to all the traveling and use it will be asked.

It was not as sturdy as I thought it would be when I ordered it. After I use it, I will know more if it holds up.

We purchased this clarinet case for our grand-daughter. She loves it! It's is well made, sturdy and pretty inside! We would highly recommend buying from Sky Music because their customer service is wonderful as are their products and they are budget friendly. My grand-daughter's old case was being held together with duct tape so, having a brand new case that is functional, light enough to carry plus pretty inside - definitely hits a high note! (Pun intended!) Thank you Sky Music - you have another satisfied customer!

Nice, compact case! Latches open easily when laid flat but will not open when stood up. This is awesome for protecting the instrument. All pieces fit snugly, and an extra compartment in the front left easily fits reeds, cork grease and cleaning cloth. Color as pictured.

I bought my son 2 clarinet cases for Christmas. I liked this one - it is tiny and tough. My son preferred the other - it was roomier and had a shoulder strap. So, it depends what you want.If you get this case, the latches only work when the case is laid down to be opened - I nearly broke the latches at first, thinking they were stuck. By accident, I turned the case on its side, and the latches suddenly worked. Just so you don't get out the screwdriver to pry it open as I was about to do.So I really liked the case, and the company was great about letting me return it when my son chose the other option.FYI, here is the case my son preferred:
