I bought this for my daughter exactly a year ago. Almost immediately, the strap broke. Because she didn’t tell me right away, I didn’t know for a few weeks but she had already gotten rid of her other hard case and since she needs her flute everyday, didn’t want to wait without a case to return and get a new one (don’t know that this would’ve been the procedure, but she was being very stubborn. She tied it to the ring and kept using it. Initially, the flute did not even fit well, we had to kind of carefully work some of the foam down to create a long enough cradle for one piece. More recently the strap that keeps the top from falling back has worn down to threads.This case was pretty, but not very good quality. We’re going to go ahead and spend a little more on the Pro Tec Max case and hope we get more than a year out of it.

Great product, high quality and definitely recommend. No dislikes on this one. Love the color and the fit was perfect for her flute. It was very fashionable for her to have a pink case that was padded versus the basic black. Get it personalized if you can! Priced well.

My daughter really likes her new case and it looks really nice and is very secure. My reason for 4 stars is there was a piece of material going from the top to the bottom on the side keeping the lid from opening all the way back. It ripped out as soon as we opened the case. Not great design there but at the same time it's better being able to open it all the way so no real loss for us. Very fast shipping though!

I bought this case intending to hold my flute and Yamaha piccolo. I was excited to receive this, only to be disappointed because my PICCOLO DOES NOT FIT IN THE FRONT POCKET. It's a nice case other than that, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to try and fit a piccolo in the front pocket.

I suppose you could buy one of these cases anywhere: but what has impressed me the most is the customer service. I had a minor problem which they worked quickly to resolve.As for the case, I don't expect it to last forever; but I like the color and material; most of all, it protects my flute and is light weight. I have a collapsible music stand I carry as well, and do not need heavy cases. They appaently have several cases to select from, and will likely buy another style and material to switch back and forth.I am happy with my choice and will be back for more :-)

I got this as a replacement, because my teen is hard on her instrument case. This case is beautiful and has held up really nicely. The flute fits perfectly and the look of the case is true to the pictures.

This case was over beyond my expectations! I really loved it! First of all it has a storage compartment and has a strap. It works great for my flute and I would buy it again!
