I guess I should have realized looking at pictures, but this case will not fit both pieces of a piccolo. Great for the big end with the keys, no room for the mouth piece! Gave it 2 stars because it is well made, just not for it's advertised purpose. I'm sure we will find some other use for it...

I got this because I thought it would fit my tunable D tin whistle. Unfortunately, it's slightly too small. It does hold some of my camera equipment.I like this is a well-built case, for the money is a good value if you can find something to fit inside..It looks exactly as is pictured on the website.

We have a .22LR conversion kit for our AR-15. We have been trying to find a case for it that isn’t super bulky or a ton of money. We were using the pictured Apache case which was extremely bulky compared to the item it held. So I thought of a piccolo case and wondered if it would fit. And what do you know it is a perfect fit! Doesn’t even jostle around and you don’t have to force the case closed on the .22 kit. Jostles a tiny bit with the normal 223 bolt carrier group (the black one) but not enough for me to be concerned about damage or anything. So freaking happy this worked out!
