I am impressed with the quality of these soprano recorder carrying bags. The material is heavy enough that they will protect the recorder for ordinary wear and tear. They will not protect a recorder as well as a leather/leatherette case though they cost a lot less than leather/leatherette cases. These cases work well for travelling inside of a larger case such as a backpack or suitcase. I am happy with this product. My only wish would that the come in more colors than blue and black.

I cut lengths of PVC, put those in the felt sleeves and put the whistle inside. It's very well protected, and nice to carry in a backpack. Best whistle case I've found yet. PW
