I ordered another tree arm and prong to mount more skulls on my skullhooker trophy tree. But neither the tree arm or prong came with the two bolts and nuts necessary to put the two pieces together. The trophy tree came with five tree arms and prongs and the two bolts and two nuts to put the two together was included. So what's the deal? Why would you sell the tree arm or prongs without including the hardware to attach them together? I called GSM Outdoors, who owns Skullhooker, and was just told sorry, it doesn't come with hardware. That's ridiculous as it's less than a dollar in hardware. And they never replied to my two emails asking about the hardware either. Companies need to do better.

I ordered 2 xtra prongs and now I can’t get the tree arms they go on. Come on do better
