Have been trying to give up the night time snacks for a while now but having ADHD can make it hard especially when all your really craving some kind of stimulant. This pad is a great replacement and has definitely helped kick those craving. The only thing I would suggest is to have a little cup ready to put the beads into and I nails are a must. Definitely would not be able to remove the beads without nails and would end up driving you mad. Last a very long time. After about five hours of picking I have a third left. Also (and I don't understand why) but the glue seems to leave your finger tips like silk momentarily which is a nice touch 😋

The rubber tears up my nails and I had to use a toothpick to get several of the beads out. The beads did come out whole and will make a pretty bracelet.

I chronically pick at the pores on my legs, arms, scalp, and I rip the skin off my lips. This gel pad actually satisfies the urge to pick. There's different shapes and sizes of beads, small enough to feel like the pores I love/hate to pick at. The gel is also durable enough I can get through picking whole pads without creating holes/tares. I would recommend giving it a shot, and giving your skin a break
