Ordered this around black Friday as the main Christmas gift for my 9 year old. Worked great for about 25 days then started dangerously lurching forward when you switched it on. Was within my return or replacement window and immediately contacted for replacement. I requested a replacement because I hoped it was just this device, I got it based on other good reviews. The seller said they were sending a replacement by 1/29/25 and that I had 30 days to return the old one or my original payment would be charged for the purchase price (debit card). The seller canceled my return and is now asking i pay to ship the device back then they'll decide if they're refunding the device. This is not my normal experience with Amazon customer service so that leaves me to believe it's the seller selling a junk product and knowing it. I've got a sad kid, and I'm out an additional 23$ to return the device. Hopefully they'll make it right, but based on lack of response, I'm not expecting much. My advice would be choose a different seller with better customer service.

The scooter made my daughter’s Christmas very special and exciting. She loves her scooter and really enjoying learning to maneuver on the scooter . I would recommend this product to other people.

I would recommend this pink hover board for any one over 7 of age. My daughter loves it. It is easy to use and doesn’t require much practice to use it. It works on our carpet or outside. Battery life is not has long has I was hoping for. Speed is fast for kid. My teenage likes to use it. I like can hold up to 200 pounds.

I bought this electric hoverboard/scooter for my child, and it’s been a hit with the whole family! From kids to adults, everyone loves taking it for a spin. The quality of this scooter is amazing. It was very easy to ride and we learned how to use it on the first day. The battery charges very fast so that you don’t have to wait long for it to finish charging. It doesn’t even weigh a lot so it’s very durable. This product is amazing and it’s worth the money I spent. There is grip on the electric scooter which allowed my feet to fit in easily. Overall, the function of this electric scooter is very beginner’s friendly. It’s worth the price and I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a lot of fun.
