I love all of the threads but some more than others. I wish a larger size of the individual threads was available.

I used four of the six variegated spools in this set to make this butterfly coaster. The color changes often for maximum variegated effect. I was delighted with this thread's strength and performance. I used a size 14 needle at 600 and 1050 speed and experienced no thread breaks. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this or other variegated sets from Simthread.

I started making paper embroidery greeting cards about two years ago and the thread I was using was always hit and miss. I dislike hand embroidery floss and like the machine threads much better. After trying different brands I can honestly say Simthread is my absolute favorite. I love the variety of colors, it doesn't tangle very much, the colors stay bright and vibrant.I recommend this to anyone who uses embroidery thread for their crafting needs.

Even though I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colors, the colors I got are very pretty. I have used the thread for 1 project, it worked very well and is pretty. I also received a free bobbin and 2 thread nets, very cool. Will order from company again.

I'm rather new to machine embroidery, thus I have never tried variegated threads before.I couldn't be happier with the way the threads added a little extra to monograms! The thread spools were easy to open, which is very important to me, as I have a connective tissue disease.I also liked the white cone color and the thread color making at the bottom of the spools. For some reason I have always preferred thread cones to be white, so that the color doesn't feel distorted. The thread thickness was very versatile, and the threads were well packed. On the downside I could have wished for more color options. Would be lovely to have even more choices! However, I'm very happy I tried out these in addition to regular colors. I will definetly experiment more with variegated threads in the weeks to come! The pictures show a monogram I did on a towel. I like to monogram hand towels for all family members, and then there is the guest monogram as well. I may be a bit crazy when it comes to towels. It's just that this system really works well 😉

This thread is great! I ordered the Garden set. When I got it I was a little worried because the spools were slightly smaller than the spools I already have that are also 1100 yards, so I thought the thread might be too thin. But it stitched out beautifully! No breakage, no shredding, not so much as a loose stitch. I used the two spools with purple in them to stitch this out, and I love the result. The price for this thread is great too. You can't go wrong! The only minor complaint I had was there is no pop lock in the plastic spool to keep it from unraveling. But I can work with that, given that the plastic spool is physically smaller without it, and that means I can fit 6 spools across my drawers where 5 fit in other brands. That's 8 more spools per drawer, which is fantastic since I'm working on my 4th drawer! Simthread on the right, other brands on the left.

I stitched the hot air balloon on the left with my Brother SE425, the one on the with my Singer Superb EM200. I used cotton material with no show polymesh. I had my thread on a thread stand. Both stitched out beautifully, no thread breaks, no fraying! Very vibrant and true variegated pattern! The only issue I had was I could not find the beginning of the thread on the pink roll. It took me a minute to find it! I highly recommend Simthread!
