Excellent assortment of thread for embroidery machines and a good variety of colors, with the most popular colors. Saves money buying package deals like these with smaller cones as opposed to buying larger size cones that are not used as often.

I really appreciate Amazon makes it available for purchase. Plus there are pre-wound colored bobbins which I order at the same time. The pricing for the thread is very economical and it comes in 3 different sizes. Thank you.

Love this thread. Great colour selection. Embroiders beautifully. Purchased the same set 3 years ago but 500 meters. You won't be disappointed.

Colors are wonderful, bright and shiny. Perfect for brother machines and work well on dense designs as well. The price is great and sew out very well

I needed to and border something that had five collars on it. I went to my local craft store and they were literally almost 6 dollars for each spool and they were so tiny. I went on Amazon, looking for some embroidery thread, and this package had the highest amount of reviews and the most value for your money. The embroidery very well. I have not had any of them knot up or the threads, breaking with a very strong, durability and variety pack. The only thing I’ve run into is sometimes when on my embroidery machine several threads will come out and tend to wrap between the machine and spool or the spool, and the spool cap that goes to my machine. I didn’t know until after several uses that the bottom of the spool actually pops out where you can put your thread tails into so your thread does not unwind in storage! The only thing I would change if I could change is to have a set of stickers that we can use to put somewhere else on the spools because the ones that are on there when you put them either on your spool holder on your machine or storage on anything like my pegboard the stickers pop off of the tip. It would be easier to be able to put a sticker somewhere else, so you can always have the correct number.

This thread is an excellent deal. The colours are vibrant and uniform, and have a nice subtle sheen to them. I have had very few thread breaks embroidering with them, and the finished embroideries are lovely. The thread is wound nicely on the spools. Overall I’m very pleased, and the price is a fraction of what you’d pay for the other major brands.

This is my first major thread purchase for an embroidery machine I recently purchased. I purchased the 80 spool set so that I would have a decent variety of colors and I selected New Brothread because this particular set of threads is made so the colors and color numbers would be like Janome's threads. Also, part of the purchase decision was the awesome rating on Amazon. Once I had worked with my embroidery machine for a while, I was no longer making as many rookie mistakes (I wasn't sure if I caused the issues or if my machine caused it or if the thread was the problem) and then the New Brothread threads were working perfectly. Then I had a request from a friend to make a number of items with a marine-themed print fabric with a lot of dark blue but also with a fair amount of several lighter shades of blue and some white spots. The thread I chose was the N273 Honeydew because the color popped out perfectly. Now I needed some additional thread of that same color to finish the project. It turns out that you can buy it on Amazon, but only as a part of a set of different colors which I did not need at this point. So I ended up looking at the New Brothread web site to find that same color. They also only sold it as part of a set. So I filled out the comment form on their Contact page explaining the issue and asked what they recommended. They got back to me the next morning and said they had it in stock and they would see to it that I would receive the proper thread. So I did what they said, then they did what they said they would do, and now I have the thread I needed. So, it was a great price on Amazon for a decent thread, and great customer support from New Brothread. That leaves me very satisfied all around.

I am very happy with this purchase. As of yet I have not used all 80 spools, but the ones I have used have been of very good quality with very minimal thread breaks (less than some other brands I have used that were more expensive) which for me just adds to what a great value this brand has to offer. I will definitely order from them again as I need other colors/refills that look just as pretty decorating the wall in my craft room as they do being used to make beautiful designs in fabric. Happy stitching everyone!!

Great starter gift to allow beginners or new machine owners have a full selection of colours to use and enjoy. I treated myself for this very reason.Sews equally as well as Hemingworth and Floriani polyester threads, on my Brother NV180 (entry level embroidery and sewing combination machine) and visually I can't tell which thread is which either.I chose the Janome selection to see what colours looked like.I have Embrillience Essentials so I open design I want to sew and it lists all the threads I need for that project in order of stitching. That includes number and name.NewBrothread has number on top of spool so easy to find.I do use spool holder not machine spindle out of habit so can't speak of how well it runs from that spindle. I haven't changed my tension for the thread I change it according to how well design sits on fabric in test stitch out.Worth the money. From sewing groups I am on in social media feedback is: New Brothread sews well on a variety of Brother machines.
