The pump itself is great. It's installed in a rental unit of mine and used daily. No issues after 3 months thus far.The flexable connector on the rear of the toilet is absolute garbage. Horrible design and leaked immediately. I contacted Amazon and they refunded a percentage of the product, and I went to Lowe's for some (I believe it was) 4 inch sched 40 PVC and a 4 inch rubber connector. That enabled me to create a tight seal to the toilet.The seat of the toilet itself won't stay upright (for the gentlemen). That's super annoying.Directions were okay to mediocre.Overall, it's a good pump and offers savings over name brand units!

The toilet goes together like any other toilet. Installing the pump was pretty straight forward. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the inlets for the sink and shower were for the slip fit (compression type) pipe. Was expecting regular 1-1/2” pvc drain connections.

Bought the product. Instructions are the clearest. I have a surging issue when flushing and there is no one to contact. No phone number, email or anything.

I was pleasantly surprised that this was an option when adding a bunkroom and bathroom in the unfinished basement of a small cottage we purchased. Installation was simple and less expensive than other options.It has increased the value and comfort of our lake house.

This is an awesome product. It's very easy to install and works great. I recommend this system where a conventional toilet cannot be used.

This toilet is functioning fine and comfortable to sit on. It does seem small and for the price I expected the seat cover to be a higher standard/hard plastic, instead, it's a cheap easily bendable plastic no better than RV ones, etc, I just expected more for the price of these toilets, albeit it does work great and functions as it is supposed to.

I started this project initially quoting Saniflo's system, then after some research and Amazon browsing I stumbled on this one. It was on sale for almost half the price as the other systems, so I rolled the dice and took a gamble.I am so glad that I did! This thing has been amazing and allowed me to add an additional bathroom to my house. The PVC to attach to the unit was probably the one hurdle I had (instructions are in metric) so for the US folks its a 1.5 inch PVC outlet (drain) and 1.25 (1 1/4) inch for the inlets.I currently have a sink and vanity connected to the unit, with a shower along the way. I am sure having a shower connected is going to have this unit pumping a bit, but I havent had a single issue with it at all.3 months in with near daily use and its still working like a champ!
