These brushes have a firm feel in the hand. They are rugged and remove dirt and old hair easily with minimum pressure needed. Not a fan of using them on my dogs coat but they work well on my farm animals more coarse fur.

I used these for grooming our show cattle. They worked how they should, and are a good value in my opinion.
