The tray that comes with Balmuda is not machine washable and hard hard to clean. Everything burns and sticks to it. This tray is silicone so its machine washable. Also the walls are high enough to hold things in and prevent splashing. I use this tray exclusively over the original metal tray. The only thing I don't like is that it can be a little floppy and you need to be careful not to drop food out.If you use your tray in your Balmuda upgrade to this one and just throw it in the dishwasher.

バルミューダの説明書にはシリコンタイプの皿は使わないでと書いてあるがこちらのサイズが良さげだったので購入使っていて何もおかしいところはないので良し

Used twice and it came out of the dishwasher like this. Was not able to get it clean and I cannot get the smell off of it (yes I tried all the method you can find on line). I just used it with mushrooms. Silicon baking pan is a bad idea. Don’t get this. Sadly it’s passed the return window.
