I love these pans, they cook everything just right. My food comes out light and crispy just like I like it and hardly no clean up. A soft swish with a soapy sponge and you're all done, its amazing. I will find and replace the rest of my kitchen with these products as they are so easy to use!

I bought these for our Breville Air Fryer Pro Convection Oven because our 9x12 bakeware doesn’t fit. These are great. I love the red color, and they are very sturdy. It seems like the material is naturally non stick. I plan to buy a second muffin pan as the six cups don’t work well with muffin mix. The pans are small, intended for smaller toaster ovens rather than larger countertop convection ovens. I also find they’re easier to clean than the larger broiler type pan that came with the Breville, mostly because that pan is black whereas the colored caseWare pans are easy to ensure they are clean.I hope caseWare offers larger pans for both convection ovens and standard ovens, including jelly roll pans which I prefer over cookie sheets for everything but cookies because of the small but useful lip. Overall, a great set, attractive, easy to use, inexpensive but excellent value and high quality!

These pans seem very sturdy, distribute heat evenly and are very easy to clean. Haven't had them long enough to really comment on durability but I am careful to treat the surface as a ceramic coating. Nice size for a toaster oven.
