Why we need the garlic peeler?

How To Use:
Step 1.
Put the garlic cloves in the garlic tube, it would be better to add a few garlic cloves than add only one.
Step 2.
Put the garlic tube on the table and maintain the pressure as you begin to roll it back and forth.
Step 3.
The garlic skin fall apart from the cloves, tip out the peeled cloves and clean the garlic peeler under running water.Hang it to dry.

Okay so I broke my thumb last year, and it didn't heal properly, which is made it really hard to do some of the simpler tasks when it comes to cooking such as getting the garlic out of the skins, But this has made my life a whole lot easier in terms of cooking. I would definitely recommend this. When you put the garlic in you can do one in multiple cloves and it's better to rub it between your hands rather than your hand on a counter. At least for me

I have always used the "smash with the broad side of a knife" or cut off the ends and peel by hand methods for peeling garlic. When my daughter showed me this, I knew I had to have it. I have arthritis in my hands, which makes a lot of cooking tasks painful to impossible.This works exactly as described. I "invested" in some fancy (overpriced) locally-sourced garlic. Peeled it easily and quickly. I put the garlic in a casserole dish with olive oil to cover. Put it in the oven at ~325 F. for 45 min. Let it cool, then put it in a glass jar. The garlic will be great, and the olive oil will be amazing, too.
