I can't say how long it'll last, but it's a decent rubber basketball, should be good for outdoors, and it comes with a pump which is a nice touch since the ball comes deflated.

My son is into basketball now. He didn't own a ball, so I ordered this one for him. He is bouncing it nonstop lol. He is pleased with it. It was easy to inflate. I ordered a different ball that was smaller, and it didn't do what I thought it should have been doing. I like this size a lot better for him. He is 9.

Works well, great value for the money. So far is works just like a standard basketball would work. The bounce is fine. The only thing that is a little off is the smell of the ball when it is first open, the smell goes away after some time degassing. The ball also comes with a small pump and needle. It takes a long time to pump it up with this but if you don't have anything else this will get it done. Don't expect a high quality basketball at this price but it works for kids. The noise of the basket ball is about the same as other basketballs.

This is good for a practice outdoor basketball. Standard size, easy to inflate, so far it has not deflated, and seems well made, especially for the price point. Only complaint is when you first get it, it has a greasy feel. We just wiped it down and after the first use, the ball didn't have the greasy feel.

Professional basketballs are commonly made with leather, rubber, or synthetic rubber. This basketball is made of molded rubber and is bright orange in color. This ball has great bounce on a "wood" gym floor, on cement and at the park, on an asphalt basketball court. It will be used mostly on asphalt at our nearby park, and has already kept some of the neighborhood kids busy for hours. The circumference of this ball measures 29.5 inches, which is the same size of a Professional Basketball. It performs well when dribbling, and it is easy to grip and catch. The "rubber" feels sturdy/durable. The price point is low, but the quality/performance is quite good. This basketball arrived deflated, wrapped in plastic, but an inflating pump was NOT INCLUDED with this basketball. This was mentioned in the Amazon listing, so it wasn't a surprise to me. But take note, you'll need to inflate this basketball with your own inflating device. The basketball, itself, is a good product. This Seller might improve this product even more by adding a pump needed to inflate the ball.

To begin, my qualifications are that I have been playing basketball causally for about 8 years, weekly. I mostly play on indoor courts. My previous ball was a Spalding Marble Series, also rubber. This ball, i wasn't expecting too much in that it's from an off brand, but it DELIVERS! I am a fan of balls that are lightweight and decent grip for handles; this ball was the same quality rubber and weight as name brand. It's rubber, so yes, very bouncy, which I actually like. It's lightweight on dribbling and ultra responsive. As for the pump, I did not use it because I only use electric pumps which can tell me the exact psi of ball, it inflated to 8 with no problem and kept it's air well as I played for an hour.Overall, I would recommend this to any casual basketball player. And if you are an ultra stickler for regulation basketballs, you shouldn't be buying a rubber ball to begin with, I believe regulation is composite leather.

Picked this up so I could play ball with the girls while they use their smaller balls.Pros:* Free hand pump (expect it to last 4-5 inflation cycles)* Surface suitable for outdoor ball games.* Good bounce and sound while dribbling.Cons:* Rubber construction, so will be interesting to see how it holds up in the weather and on the courts.* Almost an oiled surface... not sure how this will stay in shape over indoor dust and outdoor dirt. Time will tell.
