Great product BUT the packaging was smashed and contents (4 of 6 tubes) were damaged and 2 entirely unusable but Amazon won’t accept partially used products. I used 2 of the 6 for my project and have 2 partially damaged tubes and 2 unusable but can’t return these now. Total BS!

I've used SIKA products for years, great viscosity & adhesion. Not wanting the mess using thin set or mortar because the project area needed to stay very clean - as well performed over the course of several evenings. Placed 2'x6" stone (ledger) panels in place & supported as I went (a bit OCD about the project). Worked really well, thick enough that you've got to squeeze a bit harder on the gun - but that's a good thing, it's not super thin like a "caulk" stick well, stays a bit flexible once cured. Get enough for your project, any left over will handy to have on hand.

I should have listened to other negative reviews about this caulk consistency. The caulk was hard inside the tube and would not come out when compressed by my caulk gun. Once I placed the tube of caulk inside my caulk gun and compressed its plunger there was no flow. It was so thick and hard it jammed the caulk gun. I was unable to remove the tube of caulk from the caulk gun which was completely stuck. I had to cut the tube out of the gun with a utility knife. WHAT A MESS AND LONG WASTE OF TIME. It clogged up the expensive caulk gun. It took over an hour’s worth of time and frustration to salvage the caulk gun. I would never recommend this brand of caulk.

In my (gotta get in on this fantastic deal before it expires), haste I didn't read the size.........it's a big one.........so if you don't already have 'the gun' for a big one, you need to go buy one. This one is gray.......and just like the smaller sizes, it does what it says it will do........no issues.

This stuff holds tight, but remains flexible. At 45 degrees, it is pretty stiff applying even with a high leverage caulk gun! Popeye forearms.

The quality of this product is excellent, and the manufacturing company has a good reputation in the construction industry. It is a good adhesive that we use for different materials with good results.

Do not purchase this from Amazon. Home Depot sell it for $11.00 a tube. Less than half the cost at Amazon. Product is great works amazing, just don’t buy from Amazin

I am not a professional but I certainly have enough jobs done (or in progress) to have developed quite a resume of failures and successes. The opportunity to test this brand (new to me) could not have come at a better time. I had to disassemble and reconstruct a stone retaining wall for our 2 tier garden. I had exactly 58 stones at 4" H x 8" W x 8" D. Each stone got a generous bead of adhesive and was set in place. I left the stone work over night and checked it the next morning, the whole structure had solidified into one solid wall. I was so impressed I tried very hard to separate the last stone in the end (trying to mimic the force of ice that damaged it in the first place) and it just wouldn't let go. Prying it with a small pry bar, actually started to damage the stone but still no seperation. I was blown away.It is worth noting that once cured, this adhesive is unaffected by water, making outdoor applications perfectly suited. This massive tube (a little more than twice the size of a standard tube) requires a much larger gun which I borrowed from a contractor friend. After I returned his gun, he asked me what I was doing to have needed that size and when I told him, he asked me what brand? I told him Sikabond and heshared with me that it was the brand that many pros use. The list of applications and materials that it can be used for is quite extensive. Stone work and carpentry seem to be at the top of that list.I loved working with it and I equally love the results! For serious strength, I will be reaching for this, from now on.HIGHLY recommended!
