Managed to pick up a set of squat arms for the garden but didn't have any J-Cups, these do the job brilliantly, rock solid.

This product is the feet in front of the rack comparative to the rack described in the description which clearly noted its 3x3 dimensions. I am returning this item as soon as possible.

Some people have complained about the quality of these, the steel, the size, etc. These are not rogue spotter arms, or even titan for that matter. These are smaller and lighted but still can handle some weight. I knew this going in, and specifically purchased these for bench pressing only. Not squatting, or anything else that might mean dropping the bar and high weight on it.These fit my Titan X-3 squat rack perfectly and are there for failure when benching. So far they have been great and I think they fit that purpose very well for a much lower cost. I put my bar on these and stood on the bar with my bodyweight. They didn't budge. I have complete confidence they will meet my needs. If you are a serious power lifter and looking for something to handle dropping 400+ then perhaps a higher end product is for you. Otherwise these are great.

Bought this on a whim as I didn’t want to shell out for a standalone belt squat machine and because I’ve had ongoing low back issues that flare up at times and prevent me from backsquatting.I put this on my Rogue Sml-2 and it works perfectly. There’s a little side to side play but it’s not noticeable when performing the movement. I have bumper plates and cast iron plates. I can fit about 6 cast 45lb plates and a thin bumper without any issues. Super simple to set up and use. I recently bought a Titan rowing platform which I think works really well this this as it gives me a solid raised platform to get a little more depth when squatting. If you have thin plates or calibrated plates I don’t foresee the amount of weight you can load on it being a problem. At some point I might just have to order some 100lb plates or Strength Co, plates since they’re a little thinner than typical cast plates just so I can throw some more weight on it, but high reps with the weight I can put on it now is still a great workout that I feel in my quads and this movement doesn’t appear to aggravate my lower back pain.

Simple, works as advertised. Fits fine on both directions of my Rogue 2x3 Rack. You may want to space plates apart with 2.5# plates, makes them easier to pick off. Only wish it had a kick stand to start from the top. You have to go pretty ATG to strap in. None the less, its a good attachment for a better price than comparable units.

At $121, you won't find a more economic belt squat cage attachment out there. Surprisingly versatile too-can be used for curls and other exercises as well-just clip a handle on the end and go for it. Money well spent!

This attached well to my squat rack. It is way too wide but it still fits and functions. Its just shakes a bit. The piece does not include a belt or attachment pieces. I use a standard weight belt with a chain. Kneel down and attach the chain to the end of the lever and do squata from there. It saves my back while still allowing a heavy squat workout.

This is a great rack, very sturdy. Good weight. Pullups are no problem no rocking. Dips require weights on the bottom or to be placed inward. Not perfect. Westside spacing is way too low, should be shifted 12" higher. For bench, I have to put J cups above the westside spacing at just 6'01" height ...Paint damage on ALL pieces—nothing too significant, dings all over and paint rubbed off from mediocre packaging.Stainless hardware would be better, but i get it for the pricepoint.

Update Aug 13, 2022:I failed a 315 pound bench press. The weight was on the way back up and then, complete muscle failure. Gravity completely took over. Weight came straight down. Right over my windpipe. I could not believe it. These things literally saved my life. Could not be more impressed… or grateful.I’ve had these for about a week. I was skeptical given the price compared to most other competitors (Vesta Fitness, Titan Fitness, Rep Fitness, and Rogue Fitness - which I personally owned). To sum it up, I’m impressed overall. These definitely do the same thing as the other options. For reference, I have 3x3 uprights with 3/4” holes, in lieu of the 5/8” these are technically made for. Below are my observations:- they are short compared to the competition (18” vs 24”). I knew this going in. They are also noticeably thinner than the competition.- the barbell protection is not UHMW plastic like the competition’s. Rather, it’s literally a hard plastic. Very hard. I question if it has the potential to crack, but I think it doubtful.- the upright protection is not UHMW plastic either. Instead it’s a light felt material. Seems unorthodox, but it works. I feel better about this than the Rogue SAML spotters I used to own, which were bare.- they do have a slight lean, causing the barbell to roll forward.- even so and plus with their unique design, they are very sturdy. I weigh about 200lbs. I jumped repeatedly on each one to simulate multiplying my weight, and had no concerns. This also left no markings on my uprights.- the above point becomes slightly problematic keeping the barbell pristine because the lips offer no protection. I’d imagine a cerakote coated bar might not fair well.- the gap between the lips and the end of the hard plastic is relatively wide. This is easily remedied however. In my case, two bands folded on top of themselves two times over creates a protective barrier, which would easily save a barbell.
