  • Module description:PWM output, frequency and duty cycle can be set respectively;
  • Normal mode: Frequency range 1Hz ~ 150kHz, duty cycle 000 ~ 100%, duty cycle step 1%
  • Fine mode: Frequency range: 1Hz ~ 15KHz, duty cycle: 00.0 ~ 100%, duty cycle step: 0.1%
  • The frequency is divided into four ranges, automatic switching:

  1. XXX (without decimal point): the minimum unit is 1Hz, and the value range is 1Hz ~ 999hz;
  2. The minimum unit of X.XX (the decimal point is in the hundreds) is 0.01khz, and the value range is 1.00khz ~ 9.99khz
  3. XX. X (decimal point in ten digits): the minimum unit is 0.1khz; Value range: 10.0khz ~ 99.9khz
  4. X.X.X (the decimal point is in the tens and hundreds): the minimum unit is 1kHz; Value range: 1kHz ~ 150kHz

  • Frequency display: 100 indicates that PWM outputs 100Hz pulses;
  • 1.01 indicates PWM output pulse of 1.01k;
  • 54.1 indicates that the PWM outputs a pulse of 54.1khz;
  • 1.2.4 indicates that the PWM outputs 124khz pulses;
  • Duty cycle value range: 0 ~ 100%
  • All setting parameters support power down saving
  • Parameters:

  1. Working voltage: 3.3 ~ 30V;
  2. Frequency range: ordinary mode 1Hz ~ 150kHz; Fine mode: 1Hz ~ 15KHz; 3.Frequency accuracy: the accuracy in each range is about 2%; 4.Signal load capacity: the output current can be about 5 ~ 30mA; 5.Output amplitude: the PWM amplitude is equal to the power supply voltage;6.Temperature: - 20 ~ + 70 ℃.

  • Parameter Setting:

  1. This product adjusts the frequency and duty cycle by rotating the potentiometer.
  2. It can realize rapid adjustment according to the rotation speed.
  3. By default, adjust the duty cycle. Short press the adjustment frequency, long press for 2 seconds to lock, and long press for 5 seconds to switch the mode (normal mode / fine mode).
  4. The operation is simple. After setting, the parameters are automatically saved and will not be lost in power failure.

I use these for a motor speed PWM control. They are predictable and repeatable. Not particularly rugged, but they work as intended.

I can't build one for this price. Works exactly as it should. Keep in mind this is not a motor driver this is a signal generator to control pulse to a motor driver. I've had excellent results with this unit.

I bought this signal generator to test a PWM-controlled engine cooling fan that I want to use for a project car. It was easy enough to connect, and it worked well. I turned the knob until the fan blade started turning, and as I adjusted it higher and lower, the fan spun faster or slower. Now I know for sure that the fan works, and I have a new diagnostic tool in my garage for a fairly low price. All good.

Used for car audio made my voltage stay above 15v but started giving me problems about week 4 not long after it completely stopped working
