Perfect solution to old floats in 20 year old Mercury carb. (See photo of old float) No wonder the old girl wouldn't run smooth and was spitting fuel out the exhaust. 2 of 4 floats full of fuel. These new floats made my old Merc run great and are a perfect fit!

Mercury Outboard WME-84 Carburetor - pulled old one out that had fuel in it and replaced with this one, and the motor fires right up. I don't know about how long it will last, but it's working now.

The float fits fine but in the item description it claims that -Marine carburetor float Includes manifold gasket- however it did not come with a gasket. Very disappointed because we needed the gasket. We kept the float and use gasket repair Silicone Sealant.
