We can't figure out why we didn't order turkey lifters sooner. It's so much easier to pick up a turkey or roast with ease. They are sturdy and sharp. Be careful. The shredders are great for chicken or pulled pork.

I basically got this for the lifter forks as all the ones we have tried in the past have failed us. These are actually pretty good. The forks are fairly sturdy and easy to wield. Though I do wish there was rubber or something on the handles to help with gripping them.The shredders seem like they would do a good job but the handles are just plastic so I'm not sure how comfortable they would be while using them.Both items are solid and will do the jobs they are intended for.

We used the turkey forks on Thanksgiving Day. Very sturdy; made it easy to lift our BIG turkey. We used the “claws” to shred a pork roast we baked, for pulled pork sandwiches. Now we’ll be using the forks to lift our 10 lb. Christmas ham. Glad we made this purchase! VERY PLEASED!! *****
