It is a great price and has good stability. It does appear cheap when you get it, but it is much stronger than you think. The assembly was easy, hand attached screws, and no tools required.

Putting it together was easy but this product has some sharp edges. Pushing pieces together can result in cuts which I received.Will update the product after a few uses.

Take your time to assemble. Read and reread instructions.The photo showing the cross member, make sure to have flat to flat.Very sturdy and my wife found it very comfortable to sit on while showering. Previously, she used an all plastic shower chair. She felt more secure in this chair.Because there is more aluminum than plastic, it is much easier to keep clean.Plenty of width in the seat for a larger person.500 pound weight limit tells how strong this chair is.

Bought this for my wife, who broke her foot, to use while showering. Straight forward to assemble. Because a number of the pieces "slide" together with snap locks, there is some wobble to the chair. But appears like it will hold up under use. She is able to sit easily and shower while not causing irritation to her foot. We have a larger walk-in shower, so space was not an issue for us. She does like the back and side handles to help steady her while showering. Overall, if you have someone who needs to sit to shower and have the space in the shower, we do recommend this product.

Well, once you get the chair put together (No Tools Needed). It seems pretty steady.The Instructions: The assembly instructions for this chair is printed on one page and are not that easy to understand until you read them 2-3 times.Assembly: Don’t be like me and put this chair together on your bed. Make some room on a table and it will go MUCH easier. Sitting on a bed putting it together lead to a few very minor meltdowns. Spread the items out, look at the photos and do them step by step. Easy right??Once you’re all done putting your brand new wonderful shower chair together, go ahead and give it that first sit test. If my 280+ pound butt fit nicely in it so will yours.Now for the MOST IMPORTANT PART. I took my brand new comfy shower chair to my tub and yep you guessed it. IT DOES’NT FIT! I never even thought to MEASURE my tubs width to make sure it would fit. I thought shower chairs were like One size fits all type chairs. Nope, they’re not. Good thing we are getting ready to remodel the bathroom I guess.The double suction cup hand hold works just fine. And the caddy bag…well it’s a flimsy mesh cloth bag with a BIG opening on the front of the bag, and has a simple small plastic hanger hook at the top. It probably won’t last long depending on what you put in it and what it can actually hold. It will hook nicely onto the chair and I guess you can put your bar of soap in it so you don’t have to go searching for it. Whatever..it’s a small mesh bag with a flimsy plastic hanger hook on it.It’s a nice chair once you get it together.

So many dislikes with installation instructions.I started with bottom of seat first and the rest was made easier. This way you reduce the number of parts and makes assembly easier.As a suggestion I would label C and D parts C1 , C2, D1, and D2. As it is I had C parts on wrong and side rail wasn’t aligned with holes for side rail.For the price I am pleased with this product.
