this shop vac has great suction power. using it for general floor clean up. the newer coiled extended hose to greater length works great. easier to store wrap around vac top when on wall. replaced an older same model that motor stopped working after many years.

This is a great shop vac with great vacuum power. It is light and is easy to wall mount. The hose is long and very flexible. Perfect to reach all over the garage.

It's a perfect sweeper to use in my new garage. I have it mounted to a wall in the garage. With an extension cord I can get to ever corner of the garage, 1000 sq ft. without lifting & moving the sweeper I have two of them now. Same product but an older one I use in the house. Works great for carpet stairways but it can be used for ceilings because of the long extension. All and all it can be used for about everything although we have a floor sweeper to that we like to use on our carpets. It's perfect for vacuuming our cars. Great suctioning, it gets everything. The older one is about 20 yrs old and works great.

For starters I had the old version of this vac which was a bit to take apart when you had it on the wall to empty it. The new version is a lot easier. The hose that came with it was a lot smaller than anticipated but not probably going to use it, due to I had the older version and I used the old connection with a little modification, With this modification I was able to use the orange Centec hose that I had. Seems to have good power and suction, time will tell. I do wish that they had a shop vac version only with no attachments, that would have been a little cheaper as I do not need any attachment that came with it.

I bought this Shop Vac at a great discount that was too hard to pass up. Although I own a 25 year old Shop Vac that is still working great I decided to get this one for smaller jobs around my shop/garage. I love that the hose can stretch out to 23 feet to cover all my work benches. It has very strong suction and I like that I can wall mount it wherever I want. Shop Vac is a great dependable brand and I have never had any problems with any of their products.

This is a nearly exact replacement for my 35 year old Craftsman shop vac that finally gave up. The only differences I could find were that the hose end is shorter on the new one and also has three (shorter) extensions for the floor nozzle verses 2 (longer) ones on the old vac.Some reviewers complained about the 20 plus foot hose being cheap and easily damaged (I can't figure out how they damaged the hose). I have stepped on it, run over it without damage to the (old) hose. The included hose is exactly the same as the 35 year old one that I am continuing to use.I like the size of the vac as it can be mounted out of the way and doesn't take up floor space but still convenient to use. With the long hose I can reach most areas of the garage and I don't have to drag around a wheeled canister. When vacuuming the car outside it easily comes off the wall mount and I just add a 10' extension cord.The suction is much better than my old vac probably because of it's age, no complaints there. It is a little loud but that's because it is powerful. That noise is due to the amount of air that it is pulling through it.I am pleased with this purchase.

I am happy with the power of this little monster BUT finding replacement bags is nearly impossible. Suction is great and I love the ability to hang it on a wall. The extra-long hose is fantastic and it has no problem with dog hair.

Started out ok and I was fine with the purchase, after 6 weeks and about 5 total uses vacuuming my cars, I heard a pop and it got pretty noisy. Went to open it up and some part looked melted and there were pieces of something internal all over the place inside the vacuum. I went ahead and cleared it out and turned it back on. Surprisingly it does still work, but sucks about a fifth as much and who knows when it will actually go out completely, my guess is very soon.I went to start the return process with Amazon and couldn't figure out why it wasn't as easy as in the past to return items. Come to find out, this product was out of warranty by 2 weeks (you have 30 days to return this item). If you are buying this item, make sure you get the warranty (extra charge at checkout). I called Amazon and they did agree to take it back, less a restocking fee of just over $30. So after 5 uses, it cost me $6 everytime I used it. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled but some money back is better then no money back. ShopVac won't do anything to help as it comes straight from China and they aren't involved with Amazon orders.Other then that, had this thing lasted more then 6 weeks, it's a sufficient vacuum and a good price on paper. The next shop vac I buy will be direct from the manufacturer.
