They are inexpensive, and for the price, a fair deal. But cheaply made, and hard to firmly adjust by hand, requires vise grips to fix them at a solid height. I use them for back- up. These should not be the first one you add to your tools collection.

The stands work, but are flimsy and very tippy. There is better quality out there. We wish we would have just bought another HDX Home Depot brand.

Works well. The roller portion is a little bit smaller than expected, but sturdy and fits my needs just fine. A good price but I ended up finding cheaper ones that were just as good. But no real complaints.

Perfect for my needs. I have used it with 4”x4”x8’ and 2”x2”x8’pressure treated with no problem. I suspect it will support much more weight. It might be too light for heavy timber but for what I need it is perfect. When I’m done I just pick it up and lean it against the wall. The side support is loose such that when you pick it up it folds neatly against the main support all by itself. When stored it takes up very small space. I only have two complaints. 1. Its maximum height is about an inch too short to use with band saw. 2. I didn’t purchase two on the original order. I logged on to Amazon today to order a second one and I see that there is 1-4 months delivery. Bummer! I’m off to check other vendors now.

the stand is not very stable. The adjustment bolt that changes height does not work well. When it arrived it was missing paint although it does affect its working

very solid and useful. I use this all the time. I like that the roller is really heavy and the stand has a decent amount of weight to it as to not get pushed over when in use. Also, the height adjustment is not restricted to a pin and hole function instead you just tighten the hand screw to the exact height you need.

Not sure where to start. I ordered 2 of these in advance of some long cutting I need to do. The legs are not parallel to each other, thereby causing it to be unstable. The rolling top doesn't roll very well. I suppose if you added a little grease, it would work better, but why bother. I ran a board across it and the board just dragged across instead of rolling and moved the whole stand since there's very little friction between the legs and the ground. I can see this easily damaging the board. The knob didn't hold height very well and the whole contraption had so much give I highly doubt it could support very much weight. This is simply a poor product. Don't order it. Not sure how much clearer I can make that!

I purchased two of these roller stands from Amazon Warehouse to use primarily with my table saw and jointer. I have since used them in other ways as well. Having never owned a roller stand before, I was a little apprehensive about whether or not to purchase the Shop Fox D2054 due to the negative reviews I read about this particular stand. However, because these stands were considerably cheaper than others I considered purchasing, I decided to take a chance, and it worked out well for me. While this stand is probably not as "heavy duty" as others I looked at, it does everything I desire. The rollers on both my stands roll true, and the height adjustment is easy to perform. In addition, they fold up easily for storage. For me, they were a great purchase.

As they say, you get what you pay for. In short, this is a fantastic roller stand for the price! If you have $200 burning in your pocket, go purchase the fanciest stand you can find. But if you only need something to hold up the other end of the piece of wood, look no further. It's actually well built and does the job well for the money. (I purchased mine from the scratch and dent section of Amazon, but it was in perfect condition upon arrival.)
