The shoe shelf was somewhat easy to put together a lot of the corners came scratched up and chipped off and one piece was plain broken when I received it but I just taped it together and hope it stays. Nice shelf for my shoes though

Came with no instructions. Sat on the phone for 10-20 mins with Amazon just for them to tell me they have no way of contacting them. Luckily I went through the reviews and found someone posted a picture of the first page of the instruction manual and we were able to put it together. Once it was put together it does not feel sturdy. I am a size 7.5 and they barely fit my Hokas. The rest fit fine. My husband is a 10.5, will fit his tennis shoes but not his work boots. Tbh, if I knew this would happen I probably wouldn’t purchase it.Solutions:1. Make sure instructions are in the box2. Make contacting the seller easier.

Got this for Christmas and absolutely love it.Assembly took about an hour and a half for my husband.The pre-drilled holes were a little too deep in a couple spots and ended up, pushing the pegs all the way through, which we then had to glue back together which was disappointingIf you choose to put the black bottom stand on it, it does have to be mounted to the wall because the stand is oddly small, and is about 2 inches too small. We decided just not to use the stand and it works perfectly.Overall, great purchase for the price.

First I’ll just say that I do like the cabinet and am overall happy with the purchase. But it took forever to arrive. It was supposed to be delivered November 20th and then the date changed multiple times. It ultimately came December 7th. Putting it together was a challenge because the instructions are nearly impossible to read in some spots. It’s like it’s been copied over and over again and is faded out. Lastly, the top drawer rubs just slightly against the bottom drawer when opening it. It still functions fine but is a quality issue nonetheless.Larger sized shoes probably won’t fit well. My husband wears a size 12 and they just barely fit in length. Shoes that have a little give will also fit better in between the divider shelf unless you plan to remove it.

The cabinet was missing bolts or incorrect size bolts. Chunks missing in the synthetic veneer. My husband is handy and worked had to get it to work. More patience than I have as I would’ve returned it right away.

I order this item for the purpose of not having so many shoes around. Once the item was completely done, it looks really pretty. AlthoughI have ordered so many thing on Amazon. Out of everything this is probably the one thing I have had problems with. The first time ireceived it, and started to assemble, we noticed that it was missing a whole bag of screws. Also one of the doors was damaged. I submitted a replacement, just because they said they couldn't just send parts. I then received my second one and as we are following the instructions, we are missing another part to build it. It is pretty annoying to order something and not have everything you need. I also noticed that again the doors are damaged. Good thing was that i still had the first one I had ordered, since they had not picked it up yet. I had to replace some items from there. Overall the functionality of the item is good, was it easy to assemble? Not as much when you don't have the parts. I am giving a one star just because I like the final results of how it looks, but everything else was a bomber to deal with.
