The bench came short 2 of the "A" screws and 1 of the "B" screws, but 1 extra of the "C" screws. When putting together, the Allen wrench wasn't very helpful, the end stripped after the first couple screws so I had to find other means to finishing the bench. Some of the wood pieces also had issues fitting and aligning when they go, so not all of the areas when the boards screw in are flush.

We needed somewhere to put shoes but I also wanted something that would look nice & presentable. I also liked the idea of having somewhere to sit to put shoes on.This is the perfect sized bench for our space, perfect color to go with the trim in our house. It is sturdy, we’re both a little chunky right now (both 180+) and we trust to sit on it and have had no problems with it feeling like it would break nor wobbling at all.The only thing is it’s not a TON of shoe storage. We have a lot of shoes, especially me lol. So we’re still going to get another type of shoe rack to compliment this one!

This bench is a cinch to put together and is sturdy. It keeps everything we need to go shoeless in the house, which is a plus. However, I have never had a piece of furniture that had so many issues with the finish (see photos). I can fix them, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

This shoe rack is exactly what I was looking for. It is nicely made. However, I was not able to use the screws it came with so had to buy some separately. (The grooves in the screw top where the screwdriver fits were not defined enough and were slipping).

I love this bench because, besides keeping shoes organized, it has a hidden drawer and a super useful side holder for extra storage. It’s sturdy, comfortable to sit on, and looks great in any space. The modern design blends well with everything, and it’s easy to assemble. It has plenty of room for multiple pairs of shoes, making the entryway look much tidier. Definitely a great purchase!

We got this bench for a smallish tight entryway where everyone just leaves their shoes. It's been great to have a place to sit down as well as stash away shoes and keep things neat. The slim profile is great and the shelves are just the right fit for our shoes in rotation. The side rack is good for dumping mail and the hidden drawer is a nice touch for junk. Assembly wasn't too bad at all though the instructions could have been a little bit clearer.

This has been a fantastic addition to my entryway. The bench offers both functionality and style and setting it up was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary tools included It holds several pairs of shoes without taking up too much room and fits perfectly by my entryway. The bench feels strong and can easily hold my weight when I sit on it to put on or take off shoes. The natural bamboo also adds a warm, stylish look that blends seamlessly with my decor

The first thing I noticed about this once I unpacked it is that the "wood" feels a lot more like plastic than wood, but I love the design and the size is just nearly perfect for the area by my door.The wall this is against is ~29" and I wanted to find something that would fit there that has a seat, can store a good number of shoes, and fits the MCM theme I'm trying to use.I saw this same design under a few different brand names on a few different sites advertising as 29.6" instead of the 31" that's advertised on Amazon. I decided to buy on Amazon because I trust I can return it easily here and I don't know the other sites as well.The one I got here has a total width of 31" that's from the drawer side so the way to the furthest part of the rack. From end to end ignoring the rack is about 29.6".The bench feels very study of you sit in the middle. I sat to one side and thought I heard a creak so I wouldn't want to test it, but I'm sure it can handle it.The cushion isn't as soft as I expected but it's still nice enough to sit on for a minute to put on your shoes. The rack is wide enough to hold a regular sized umbrella and could probably hold a few books if you wanted. I'm not going to use the drawer as I would rather not have the rack against the wall, but it is relatively smooth to open and close and has more space than I expected. I'm keeping the manual and spare parts in there.Building this was very easy and straight forward. When installing the bottom shelf, which is the first step, I recommend using the cushion to prop up the shelf if you're working alone. It's the perfect height.I do wish it was slightly shorter or that the rack on the side was optional so it might fit better in my small space, but I like the design and functionally enough that I can get over the bit of overhang.Even though the materials feel cheap, this is a great looking shoe rack and has great function with lots of storage for shoes and other items while fitting in a small space
