It’s perfect! Maybe not the best for actually sitting on, but it is so cute in the foyer, and you don’t have to look at the backs of dirty shoes every time you walk inside

Just what we needed. My only complaint is that the cushion is not actually secured nor is there a lip for it to sit inside, so I had to use the Velcro command strip on it to get it to stay in place

I’m fairly satisfied with the look of this narrow shoe cabinet. It sits perfect in my narrow hallway. The instruction manual is fairly straightforward and somewhat easy to follow. However, one of the reasons I gave it a 3 star is because this cabinet came with missing screws (screws that needed to secure the hand pull of the drawers). I wrote an email to the manufacturer to ask for the missing part, but I’ve never heard anything back from them. Thankfully the hardware store near me has the same screws so that I could secure the hand pull. Another con of this narrow shoe storage bench is that the cushion that sits on top of the cabinet has no traction to the bench so it slides around when you sit on it. I was lucky enough to have some leftover double sided tape from another project so that I could use it to secure the cushion on the bench. Other than these two cons, I fairly enjoy this good looking and sturdy shoe storage bench.

I bought this to go in front of the bed in my RV. I replaced the queen rv (short) mattress with a standard queen mattress. The new mattress is about 6 inches longer and this shoe holder is the perfect height to provide support for the mattress AND it holds all of our shoes. It is also very nice looking and sturdy.

IMO this is a nice shoe stand/bench. In order to be able to ship it, it has to be flat. It is a heavy box and takes a bit to sort and figure out. The instructions are pictures and no written instructions or explanations are provided. My wife ordered this item and when I set out to assemble, I had no idea what it looked like or what tools were needed. I unboxed and set things out in order so I could find what I needed easily. All you need is a large and regular Phillips bit (drill or screw gun recommended) and a hammer. I believe it took over an hour to get it together by myself and an extra hand to hold things while fastening them would be a big help. It looks fine all assembled. feels sturdy, and is comfortable to sit on.

This arrived undamaged and no pieces missing. I had it assembled and everything is perfect and lined up properly. The top cushion was unattached so I used rug grip tape and the bench cushion now stays firmly in place. It's nice looking as well as functional. I get lots of compliments on it. It holds 8 prs of my shoes and or boots. Not made for large sized shoes. I wear a size 7-1/2 to 8. So much neater than a shoe basket or setting them in an open space. Love it!

Love the overall form factor, size, looks, fits great behind my door below some coat racks, easy to assemble, good storage. Would be a great product except for a huge flaw.The problem is is when one of my children opened it to get their shoes, not delicately but also not very hard at all it broke while I was watching after about 4 months. One of the plastic pieces where the storage compartment swivels snapped. It kind of worked still, but a couple months later the other one broke as well, rendering one compartment useless. I reached out to the company and they said they don't sell or have any of these extra parts available to send people.This is the piece that literally the whole design hinges on, they should be made of metal or should send you extras from the get-go and be ready to send more on-demand. Disappointed with the product support and durability of this key mechanical feature of the product. It's not a common part, it's custom so it's not like you can grab something at the hardware store to fix it either. Definitely pass on this one.
