I’m SO glad I got this!!! I feel safer, and my friends and family love theirs too. I especially love the AI fake call feature. The one thing that could be better is just the quality of the AI voice, and the script of the AI caller. Otherwise, what an amazing, game changer of a product :)

I discontinued my subscription of the app because it’s not all that loud. I’ll give to my grand daughter for her keychain, but it’s not worth paying for the app.I’m thinking of a starter gun, that’s pretty loud!

It’s another layer of protection. I paired it with pepper spray and a safety hammer, and lemme tell you.. I feel safe! The alarm is so loud no one is gonna wanna be around you and even scared me when I pulled it lol. It’s also very easy to use and within less than 5 minutes everything was set up! The only thing I don’t like is the app isn’t free. I might be wrong but I didn’t see anything that included the number they wanted for the app. The isn’t expensive at all! A lil over $40 for a year and considering it’s for my safety, that’s an amazing deal tbh. I recommend all women to have this. Especially with how bad the world is rn

I ordered this the night before Prime days. I didn't realize it would be a lot lower in price the next day and I called to get a price adjustment and was told that they don't entertain that thought at all. So I ended up sending it back and reordering the next day which is totally stupid. I have not used it yet and I haven't even opened the package yet. It looks to be small and portable. I thought it would be good for times when I cannot carry pepper spray or something or in addition to that. I see that you can use it as is, or they have a subscription that you can get as well.

Had an incident that made me order this that evening. I hope to never have to use it, and wish they had something like this when I was in my late teens early 20’s. Just having it in my keys gives me reassurance. I love that you can turn it in and off. It’s great quality and doesn’t feel cheap. The size fits perfectly in your hand, keys and pocket. The noise is one to grab attention of those around you if deployed. I’d say it’s a great purchase for the price.

Have bought three of the original devices that just have the alarms and the flashlight for myself I bought three different colors to match my purses… And I ended up buying a couple for my friends because I really wanted to support this business and I thought that this was a cool safety device to add to things like having pepper spray on you, etc. but when the new Birdie came out that you could pair with your phone and people would know exactly where your location is… I just bought that one and it said right on the package and in the app When I was pairing the device that I got three months free of the subscription and then after that, it would be $49.99 a year and I thought $50 a year for a safety device is worth it so I went ahead and put it in my calendar three months from now that I was gonna be charged this amount so I could add it into my budget. Because I’m someone who has a spinal cord injury and I’ve been on temporary SSI for six years and I don’t have much money so even buying a $36 safety device is a huge purchase for someone like me at this point in my life. Anyways, I went to check my bank account because I always do that a couple times today and I noticed that Birdie and charge me right away $75 for this subscription. so what happened to the three months free subscription? What happened to the $49.99 for the subscription there after? They completely scammed me and ripped me off and then there’s no one available to talk to you or chat with to fix the situation. Even trying to return it is difficult. Usually, I can just take things to this one grocery store that you can drop things off at but now there’s only one location that’s free for me to take the object to and it’s a really horrible part of town where there’s no parking and I’m someone who can’t walk and so the thought of going over there and not being able to park or even get myself into the store to return the item is a nightmare so I’m basically I’m stuck with the item no matter what. And that $75 is literally money that I would’ve used for groceries for the rest of the month so I’m really upset with this company, and I’m putting it all out on the line here even though people may not like what I have to say, but I do not like companies that promise you something and then turn around and take money from you that you didn’t plan on Losing. I don’t like company that do that companies that do that don’t have integrity. The Birdie company does not have integrity and so I will not recommend this product to anybody ever again. And I am a full-time student who is around young females and females of all ages actually every day all day and many people have stopped asked me about what this device was. I will never recommend it to anybody again . I wouldn’t recommend it because I wouldn’t want someone to get ripped off the way I did today. I’m someone who does have integrity and likes to know everything upfront. I don’t like sneaky under the table deals that hurt people and this company hurt me and it’s going to seriously affect my finances for the entire month. And I’m already diagnosed with malnourishment, and having a $75 taken out of my account without me knowing or expecting it to happen to ensure that I don’t have groceries for the last two months or the last two weeks of the month , that is.
