Absolutely love this machine. It is lightweight and has great suction power. The brush technology has improved considerably on Shark products. My older model clogged around the brush roll with hair. The lift away is a great feature, helpful in getting to ceiling cobwebs, and stairs. The attachments include a stail brush which I really need since I have two staircases to clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money and buy a different model. I have had two of these, and both of them died within a month and they will not do anything to replace them.

Fantastic vacuum. Shark Power fins work better than anything else on dog hair, and it's also right near the top for agitation and dust/dander. Higher-end shark models boast more power and suction, but that's really lost on carpet anyways. If you have any more power, you have to open a bypass or else its impossible to move the vacuum on the carpet. This model has the perfect amount of power so you can actually use it all, without being unnecessarily heavy. This is very maneuverable.

This shark vacuum works very well. It picks up everything it picks up a lot of cat here litter dirt dust everything you name it. It works very good. I would definitely buy again.It is a nice heavy vacuum easy to put together.I also like the filter option.Thank you, shark

Lightweight and powerful. I purchased this vacuum a month ago to replace my old Kenmore canister. I've never owned an upright and decided to buy the refurbished one to see how I liked it. I can tell you that this is the best vacuum I've ever owned. It is easy to maneuver, gets in small spaces and is powerful! Works great on carpet and hardwood. Everything is clearly labeled, what buttons to push for each function. There were no instructions on the refurbished one, but no needed as each button is clearly labeled I love all the attachments and that the canister can be easily lifted off to use on stairs and in corners. Did I mention that it's lightweight? I'm old and can lift this vacuum easily. It does not take up much room in my closet to store, either. I've only had it a month, and will report back if any issues, but so far, way out performs my canister.

First time buying a refurbished product from Amazon and I am thrilled with the results. Seemed to be in perfect condition upon arrival and works really well, especially for having 5 cats with lots of fur to vacuum every day. Light weight, easy to keep clean.

I was a bit worried about getting a refurbished vacuum but I didn't have enough money for the new one. I got one and it worked fine and had all the parts. It was very clean but the only complaint I had was that the cord had a part of the outer coating missing all the way down to the copper wire. I had to send it back to get a new one. This second one is better but has parts of the cord that also look chewed on. I think you need to be careful to not let the cord get run over because it can ruin the cord.This vacuum is very powerful! Some of my area rugs are not able to be vacuumed because it is just that powerful and even on the min setting, it is still very powerful and sucks up my thin rugs. It does an amazing job on carpet and even my thicker carpet looks so good compared to what my Shark Rocket could do.The cord is very long which I love and it does a great job on hard floors.

This is my first Shark product having been a loyal Dyson consumer. However my cordless Dyson Stick Handheld battery died after just two years. Bought another one from Dyson and it lasted three more years. That was ridiculous for a $350 product. We also had a Dyson vacuum cleaner from the mid 2000s and it did last us about 10 years, going through these two vacuum cleaners, let us to decide we would find something else. After reading many reviews including those here on Amazon and on various Facebook groups that involve cleaning and organizing, we decided on the Shark. It seemed from the reviews, the biggest negative of this particular shark vacuum is that it was not quite as good or not did not have quite as good features rather as the step up higher. However, those features did not seem to be worth the price difference to us. And they were features we did not already have so we were not going to miss them. The lift away feature on this device was a huge selling point for me as we have stairs and that has always been a problem trying to vacuum them. Since receiving this last week, my husband and I both are wanting to vacuum lol I figure if my husband wants to vacuum, that’s a good enough reason to like the new vacuum cleaner!What I like about it best is the lightness, the way it rotates, and how well it picks up animal fur off of carpet. We have a cat that sheds pretty badly. Honestly, the only negative so far has been the small size of the canister, which does have to be emptied more often than our previous vacuum. The positives are well worth the trade-off. I can’t speak to the longevity or reliability yet since we’ve only had it less than a week. But so far I love it.

Had it for about 4 months now and I love it! It is better than any of the expensive ones. I’ve had several Dysons and they don’t compare. I was quite surprised. . It practically vacuums itself. The suction is powerful. Good for hair. The small power fins accessory is amazing. Easy to use. Great buy for anyone looking for something good at a reasonable price.
