I tried 3 other stick vacuums before this one, and this outperforms each one, no contest. I tried the Dyson V15 Detect, the Bissel Cleanview XR Pet, and the Shark Cordless Pet Pro before this one, and none of them did everything I needed as far as easily switching from hard floor to carpet, picking up loads of pet hair (German Shepherd), large crumbs (toddler), being easy to empty the bin without making a mess (again, toddler) and with a long lasting battery for whole house vacuuming (approx 2k sqft). THIS VACUUM DOES IT ALL. I can vacuum my whole house with plenty of battery life left over, it picks up everything on my floors without getting clogged and pushing stuff around, the auto empty bin makes that a breeze, and the roller head easily transitions between hard floor and carpet and does great on both. I never thought I could love a vacuum so much, but I'm so happy with this guy, it's gonna make keeping my house clean so much easier. HIGHLY recommend 👌🏼

Overall, this vacuum is fabulous. I love how the base sucks the dirt out of the vacuum, and I only have to dump the base every few weeks. Compared to my last stick vacuum (Tineco A11 Hero, wimpy & fragile), this is amazing! It goes from hard floor to area rug, adapting to different conditions and picking up lots of dirt. Great suction. True, you can't use it on a small, loose rug, and you'd better not roll over a thin cord, because it grabs them. It has great runtime and picks up far more than I expected for a cordless stick vac. Highly recommend! One caution - check the dirt around the fabric roller. I had not checked it and have used this vacuum frequently for the past two months. It sounded wrong today, so I looked at the roller and found a solid mat of grey yuck. It looked like a felt pad, and I could not remove the smaller roller. After exploring it with needle-nose pliers, I realized the felt was dust, a little grass, and a lot of wool fibers from a large area rug. I had to pick that out of a long part that had plastic teeth underneath the "felt" and eventually pulled enough of the material out that the roller came out when released. See photos. There was a firm 1/4" thick mat of felted dirt + fibers behind the roller. Now that the dirt mat is gone, the vac sounds happier and runs fine.

After doing several hours of research I settled on this one. I like it so much that I'm vacuuming so often these days :)Pros:1) Cordless. It gives a run time of around 70 minutes although I haven’t tested its run time.2) Able to get under my bed and other tight spaces. Thanks to its multi flex ability. I no longer have to move my couch or bed.3) No more dust clouds. It automatically empties to a 2L base which also has an odor neutralizer.4) it automatically charges when I dock it so that it’s ready when i want to use it.5) It comes with a Duster crevice and a pet multi tool. I generally use this to clean my blinds and occasionally the dust of my appliances.6) it has a dirt detect and will automatically change the suction power depending on the dirt. In case you want to switch it to other modes , you can do so with a click of a button . You get two other modes: eco and boost mode.7) Duo clean detect meaning it has two brush rolls. This really makes a difference over your traditional vacuum.8) Reverse cleaning . I can just pull it and it will pick up stuff when I move it in reverse.Cons:1) I wish the dust cup was slightly bigger but i don't think you will run into this issue unless you’re vacuuming less frequently . In that case you will just need to dock it once and let it empty it to it’s 2L base2) The odor neutralizer is something unique to this so you may need to buy that in case your current one runs out and you miss that fresh smell. It’s not a deal breaker and you can still make do with it

Listen, I write reviews so people can get an honest (completely my opinion) based review. I write reviews for pretty much everything I purchase, especially if I was going back and forth with myself before buying because the reviews are all over the place or if there aren't many reviews to base a purchase off of.I am going to start by prefacing that I am typically THE CHEAPEST person when it comes to buying things, because I am not rich nor do I have time to get products that simply do not work as described, send them back, etc. SO, I'd rather get it right the first time, usually from reading others' reviews.I purchased this Shark Cordless Vacuum, not because it's the newest one out on the market, but because after spending HOURS and even DAYS researching different cordless vacuums, this one stuck out to me for the amazing suction it has, even on the ECO setting. When I first used the vacuum, I was not familiar with the settings, so I was using it on the auto-detect feature, and it worked really well, not super loud, but when it detects "dirt" it does get a little louder, not much though. It died fairly quickly on that setting though, but I was able to vacuum my living room and kitchen completely. (I have a 1,500 sq. ft. house). The next day, I did it on ECO mode, and it seemed to pick up everything even though the suction/vacuum sounds extremely low or like it's not picking anything up. But it was ! I made sure to vacuum rooms I didn't vacuum the day before just to make sure. I did use all 3 settings, ECO, the high setting, and auto-detect... it lasted the whole time I vacuumed. I did 2 bedrooms, the living room, the hallway, the kitchen, etc. and it still had battery life left and I could have kept going.I waited to buy this until Prime Day and to be honest, I almost backed out, because even on sale, it was $400. BUT, my birthday was coming up and since having my kids, I never buy myself anything nice anymore, so I decided to purchase this vacuum, and I love it! I've used it every day since I've gotten it, mainly for fun at this point, because I have an obsession with vacuuming anyways. I've never owned a cordless vacuum before, and after my research, it seems like ALL cordless vacuums have poor battery life. I still love my bagless Eureka corded vacuum ($60 on sale), but I needed something that was more flexible and able to fit into smaller spaces. The auto-empty is a nice feature as well, and for me, it's just an added bonus because I don't mind having to dump the canister after every use... now I don't have to, it does it for me!If you're debating on a stick cordless vacuum that has a powerful suction, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU, coming from a girl who has owned several (cheaper) vacuums... this one will not disappoint!
