Love this cooler for car travel! Pulled my RV trailer 6,000 miles to the NE coast and used this everyday in the car to keep drinks and snacks cool.My Jeep has a built-in inverter so I used the AC plug-in cable. I haven't used the included lighter socket plug cable yet. The cable storage is tight but useable.Great design, sturdy handle, quiet operation, and cools quickly (I did put in a small freezer pack to help)

In a small hotel room you can hear it running. Not enough to keep you awake, but not quiet either. Does keep my medicine cool as required.

It's lightweight enough to put in your trunk without anything in it but, of course, after you "pack" it full, it does make it hard to get in and out of the trunk. The handle kind of has me concerned a little because when you pack it full, the handle bends up with your hand a bit. Enough for me to worry it might snap because it's just plastic. It can be plugged into the regular outlet and 12V plug in the trunk if you have one. It gets nice and cold but not frozen and it keeps your drink and other things cold. You just can't pack too much in to the left side because the cooling fan sticks out a few inches from the bottom of the lid. It's an amazing value for the money and it keep my hypoglycemia low treatments cold. I do not know about how it keep insulin viable because I don't use insulin. I mean juices and candy and other things similar. If you don't want to keep it plugged into your vehicle for fear it might drain the battery, you can keep it in the garage or in the house plugged in to a regular outlet. The quality is amazing and we would definitely buy this again if we had another vehicle to put another in.

Portable cooler and heater in one package with both battery and AC power connectors. We bought this on short notice for a retreat and couldn't decide between two very similar brands, but this one was going to arrive faster, so we chose this one (if we'd had more time, we would have done more research but it seems well built and will probably last). There's plenty of space for our needs without it being too big to be portable. Could be used for RV, car, and cabin camping. We used it as a refrigerator but there's a switch for whether you want hot or cold. It's not family-sized, it's couple-sized but that's what we needed. It did the job, we're happy with it.The only thing we wish was different is the noise level. It's not bad, but it would be better if it had a thermostat so it's not running continuously. Other than that, we're happy with the purchase.

We took it with us for a family trip and we were able to keep Yogurt, deli meat and some prepared food cold through the whole trip. We also connected in the car. So convenient not to have to deal with ice packs and look for ice in hotels to keep our food cold. Well built and honestly couldn't even hear the motor running. No condensation either. 10 out of 10 for me.

I believe this is sold as a portable refrigerator. It's not. At best it's a temporary cooler that only cools for a short period of time. I left it plugged overnight as a test. My cheese was not good in the morning. Proceed at your own risk. That's my experience.
