Positives: It works. My first test was to place it onto the kitchen counter and set temperature to 38 degrees. 1.5 hours later I returned and an independent thermometer measured 37. It performed nicely on for a recent weekend road trip 3.5 hours each way. It is attractive, not that I hugely weigh this inasmuch as it's a fridge, not a flower bed. Construction seems to be sturdy. At time of purchase, this was a very good price relative to the competition for similar unit capacity. It is quiet; with road noise I am unable to hear it. Most importantly, my daughter says that it's "cute."Negatives: For easier carrying, I would have created handles instead of finger-grab slots. I see that some competitors have one and some have the other. For this reason, I considered demoting this to four stars but elected to keep it at five.Other remarks: Top-of-unit cup holders are well-intended, but I prefer not to take that risk in a moving vehicle. As with anything made in China, how long it will last is anyone's guess.

I ordered the fridge for my husband to use on the road. When we got the product it was wrapped securely and arrived fast. When we got it the 12 volt cord tip was too large. I sent a message to the seller and they responded immediately. They said they had a different cord , took a picture of it and I said send it to me. They sent the cord within 3 days , and they texted me to see if I received it . I received the cord and it fit perfectly. My husband and me were so by pleased. Now he can keep his food and drinks cold. The customer service department was so great with helping me and making sure I got what I needed. Thanks so much ! This is a good company to order from with great customer service.

I work 6 days a week. I leave this on in my truck all the time when I go home I turn the temp up to normal fridge and leave a few bottles water in it and when I get back I pup frozen and non frozen foods in it and turn device to close to freeze temp. As long as you keep frozen by the compressor the frozen stay pretty frozen and stuf like milk and condiments on opposite side to prevent freezing and by end of week I have just basic condiments left and again do the same all over. It has low volt so it cuts off b4 your batteries do. Recommend buying a solar panel to put in cigar port roughly around 50 watts. To keep batteries charged to vehicle

Arrived on time and well packaged. I let the fridge/freezer sit upright overnight as recommended to make sure any coolant had settled completely into the compressor. When I first plugged it in it was so quiet I didn't realize it was even on! I lowered the temperature to the lowest (freezer) mode. Within minutes it was getting very cold in the unit. Within a half hour or so, the unit was well below freezing! I leveled it off at 30 degrees and added some room temperature drinks to cool; glass, plastic, and aluminum containers. All were very cold after about twenty minutes. A great job cooling down the drinks! This unit can operate on a battery (not supplied) or 120V home, or 12V via car adapter outlet. I bought this for a new Tesla Cybertruck. It plugs into several available outlets in the interior of the truck, or outlets in the back of the truck. This fridge is 24Q in size, but larger or smaller sizes are available. This unit is priced exceptionally well compared to other brands on Amazon. Great for camping, tailgating, sports park weekends, and the beach or lake.
