These tetherballs come deflated. They have a nice feel to them. So far, they have kept inflated without a problem. Nylon rope is included. I use these in a residential school atmosphere, and the kids really like them. Our school colors are green and gold, so the color of these also works nicely for our school. Of course you’ll need to supply your own pole(s).These tetherballs are Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon.
