Quality is amazing definitely worth the money I would suggest brushing it with a dog brush so get that fluffy look and so you can see they say you can stretch it or shrink it two sizes for a better fit so that’s a huge plus the only downside I can see for some people is the smell it’s real sheep so it does smell like it but you can take it to the dry cleaner or wash it with shampoo other than that 10/10 def buying it another one

Product was as advertised. We did have a situation that arose and I will say the communication and response was quick and cooperative. Most customer service is completely gone these days. Glad I ended up ordering from one that stands behind the product and promise. Issues can be resolved with open communication. Great job
