For me personally the footwork part is the best part. The hand trainer is very good but too big for my arms. Howerver, if you have longer arms I think it would be perfect

I really wanted to rate these higher based on the workout they provide when shadow boxing. They rub against my arm pits a lot to the point of making my skin red.The resistance is really good, and better than the belt connected resistance bands. I get a really good burn, and when I train without them I feel like my arms are lighter than air.The main issue is they rub against my arm pits and area right beneath them. One session makes that whole area red from skin irritation and I could t use these more than once a month because of it.I tried different configurations with he bands over my shoulders or wrapped along my arms, but nothing really worked for me. If this is something you can get past, or it doesn't happen to you, these are great.Resistance Workout: 5/5Comfort: 2/5Overall: 3.5/5

I love these things and have been using them for a bit. The durability is good, functionality is great and the value is awesome. It also gives a really good burn after just like ten or twenty minutes of like shadowboxing or something. Love em, just wish I would use them more often lol.

This product is a huge help to me, and allows me to continue training while staying in hotels for work, without adding a ton of weight to my checked baggage. Instead of having two 3-5lb knuckle weights, I just bring these and get killer cardio and strength building sessions in. When home, I’ve started looping my heavy bag straps over the bands just below the handle and using the bands for it as well! My only complaint is that I wish they had the option to add more bands or had a version with higher resistance/shorter bands for the upper body. With the leg bands, you could always double up, but the upper body bands only have the handles preventing this from working. If they would add a carabiner to the end of the bands instead of having them fully loop through the handle, this would be possible. Also, I am 6,2” and though the harness works, it sits rather high on my chest and back feeling somewhat unnatural. If they made the height adjustment straps longer, not only would it be more convenient for taller people, but you could adjust the height to change the resistance and direction in which the bands are pulling your arms.Nevertheless, amazing product, and is a game changer for those who aren’t at home every night.

I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I can’t yet comment on the durability, but it’s definitely comfortable. In the past, I just used to wrap a resistance band around my back and sort of put it around my arms. This is a bit tricky as it is difficult to keep it in place and the rubber bands rub against your arms. This has a nice sleeve that keeps it from rubbing your arms. Because it’s strapped down, you won’t find yourself constantly having to adjust it.The leg bands are also nice and are ideal for shadow boxing or working lateral movement drills. As for resistance, I wouldn’t say it’s the strongest, but I’m only about 5’7. I imagine someone taller would be fighting more resistance. Regardless, it’s enough to add variety to my workout and make me push a little harder for some of my workouts.

I like the angle that you feel resistance. It's much better than the one we see blasted on social media. You have to really focus on proper technique (ie rotation from the feet up) as it becomes easy to fall into the habit of "pushing" out the punch like a fast pushup instead of snapping the punch with your whole body. I felt myself getting technique "sloppy" after a couple rounds because it psychologically feels like it's supposed to be a chest/press workout. You still need to wear a shirt with it because it will rub on the skin on your back. Even with a tank top, it starts to chafe on my triceps area. Short sleeve t shirt would be the way to go.Overall, decent tool to add to a boxing workout. Would be 5 stars if I could use it without a shirt without chafing lol.

This is a well put together shadow boxing trainer. Love the ankle bands as this is a great help for having the proper foot work and providing the necessary resistance. The vest is very comfortable and helps with having the correct posture. The bands are of good quality and it's easy to notice that great care was put into the making this product and I love using it.My only gripe is that the upper body resistance cannot be increased in any way and if you are gonna use this often as I will, it would be great to have more resistance and also have the ability to increase/decrease the upper bands just like you're able to on the lower body.Other than this, I love it and highly recommend it. Shadow boxing is a great way to stay in shape
