Okay, so:Good: it makes for a somewhat fun workoutBad:1. you need to permanently mount velcro strips on the wall. I mean...not everybody has a 2'x2' section of their wall to dedicate to something like this.2. the speaker is extremely "tinny". If you play the included music, it's horrible, but even if you bluetooth your own music into it, it's like 1970s AM radio3. the velcro for attaching to the wall doesn't really grip this all that well, so the board is still bouncing a bit4. if you want this to last, punch it with the force of a child.

The Ephesport Music Boxing is a fun and compact workout option, and I love that it comes with gloves—great for beginners! The size is perfect for small spaces, making it easy to use at home. However, it can be a bit frustrating when it doesn’t register hits, even when you punch hard. It’s decent for casual use, but could use some improvement in sensitivity. Overall, it’s okay for light exercise and entertainment.

I think one has to have realistic expectations when considering a device you are supposed to repeatedly pound as hard as you can in places it indicates you should hit, all for the price of a few weeks worth of coffee store coffees. With that in mind, I am fine giving this four stars.Unlike some other reviewers, I found it did a fairly good job of counting hits. If you hit the target pad hard enough and centered enough it generally counted fine. This could have been helped since I’m using my own gloves which are better fitting than those included and make it easier to target each pad on center.The unit itself is easy to install given the Velcro strips. I used both sets on the front of a metal safe, both for a more secure mounting and less potential to damage a wall.While the target pads are a fairly nice foam, the unit’s over build quality is not robust. That said, for the price, what should I really be expecting? It’s really not a bad value for the money.Net, I think this is a good choice for a first wall-mounted boxing target. It’s not going to stand up to someone already throwing high-impact punches, but it will, I think, be a fun way to destress a bit, build some hand-eye coordination, and see if you really want to go up a level with a more robust unit. So for the price and the fun factor, this gets four stars from me.

I'm not too sure about this one. It's quite simple, it plays music that you can change the tempo to, but that's about it. And then the pads light up, when the pad lights up you hit it. You usually get a cartoonish type punch sound, but it doesn't always register. It doesn't affect The tempo of the music, and I have knocked it off the wall a couple times. It does have an internal battery so it needs to be charged. It also comes with some hook and loop to attach it to the wall, and then also comes with a pair of MMA gloves which I have no experience with, but they fit, and they've done the job for quite a few days now. I've actually been using them with my heavy bag, the gloves seem all right. The overall size of it, 16 in in diameter, and about 2 in thick at the most it has six different contact pads on the face, and then each pad has a blue light and a red light.

I have tried several other of these boxing machines, and this one is average. With a really nice 50% plus discount this is the best price that I have seen for any boxing machine. This is good for those that aren't going to pound it too hard. I'm not sure how durable it would be for use by fairly strong people. We use our own boxing gloves. The ones provided are usable I guess.The music / bluetooth works fine with OK sound from the speakers at best. The machine recognizing good hits is also subpar. But the machine provides a really good fun workout at a relatively fair cost. As long as you have tempered expectations and want to try out one of these, this is about as good as othes and better priced than most.

Fun way to exercize. The kids had a great time. It is a game as well as a way to get into shape. It is great for a family or an individual. It is a good size but not bulky. I hung it up and secured it to the wall.

This is by no means a piece of equipment that will last a life time. With that said, it does provide a fun and entertaining experience to get you up and moving at a lower cost than heavy machinery. The lights are a little sketchy.. you have to hit the pad just right to get a reading. Even with that said, it is great for getting the family spending time and laughing.
