Great replacement for the all white canopy covers that come with garage or patio covers. Light weight, keeps items out of the direct sun, but still allowing light through. Last about 6 months in direct sun and wind without ripping.Make sure when installed they are pulled tight, any movement increases the chances for ripping.

Living in a HOT area (Texas), I’ve always struggled with keeping my plants from getting scorched, but this shade cloth has solved that problem perfectly. It provides just the right amount of shade without completely blocking out sunlight, so my plants are thriving. The material feels durable and well-made, and it’s super easy to set up. I used it over my raised beds and even as a temporary cover for my patio during a heatwave. It’s lightweight but holds up well against strong winds and harsh weather.I also appreciate how versatile it is—I’ve used it for both my garden and outdoor seating area, and it works great in both setups. If you’re serious about gardening or just want to enjoy some cooler outdoor spaces, this is a fantastic investment. Highly recommend!

Quite impressed with the quality of the product. We are using this to cover the top part of our sunroom as the room gets quite hot. It has worked quite well for that. Some fraying being noticed but the wind picks it up a lot.

Surrounded 2 10x10 popup gazebos and made a fully enclosed campsite at a music festival. Adds privacy easily but also protected againsy the dust and the wind. Not as breathable as I thought as it got very hot sometimes so we would fold them up halfway so a breeze can roll through the bottom. Keeps the wind chill away at night tho so these are great. Used metal garden twist ties to attach them to the gazebos.

Material is god quality and decent grommets. Really helps the garden from drying out too quickly esp with these extremely hot summers nowadays. Ordered another two of various sizes for the gardenWell worth the $

The dimensions are correct if you stretch the material, but expect it to be a little bit on the short side. Not sure how strong this material is, it feels weaker than some Home Depot shading I bought five years ago. Although this is budget friendly and won’t break the bank. It has great shading ability more than the Vigaro shading. None of my orchid pots have ever blown over either, so wind dampening is also good.

I bought this to put over our arbor. We have a small Japanese Maple that gets scorched in the hot summer sun, works like a dream. Great quality and the grommets are well done. Two summers and it still looks good. I love it.

This was the best. I have ordered more in different sizes. I used it as a drop down to shield the horses shelter. They could come and go as they wanted. It was much cooler inside behind the shade cloth.

I bought this for the south side of my camper, in front of the camper (not over the top). It really helps cool the camper itself. When I get big gusts of wind, this shade isn't shredded because much of the wind can pass through.

I had somebody frame out a structure and I put it on top so my plants don’t burn up. Works great in my case. It helps to have a structure because it’s on top not on the side of anything. The material is nice.

Blocks the sun, great price, and seems pretty sturdy. We’ll see how it holds up!

I normally do not write reviews for products I have ordered but I have too on this one. Summer has hit us hard this year and our electric bill keeps getting higher and higher. the Texas heat is brutal and sometimes it lasts well into November. I have had to have my AC unit recharged once already because it kept running and running. Our AC guy suggested that I put some shade in the yard to keep the AC from running too much. I really could not explain why he said this but I took his advice. My AC unit sits in the corner of my home and gets full sun from 8 am to 6 pm. We have no shade tree at all and I refused to place a patio umbrella over it. I read the specs and what sold me on it was the protection from the suns rays. It took me about an hour and some change to set it up. I bought a 20 x 20 and it fit perfect in my 40 x 20 patio garden. It shaded the AC unit but i did not cover over it. This morning I got up and it was cold in my house with the thermostat set at 74 degrees. My AC doesn't run all the time as before and sitting under the shade cloth feels like the sun isn't even able to penetrate the fabric. I just feel the "cool" heat surrounding me. I used HyperTough paracord and STOREHOUSESelf-Gripping Hangers to set it up. In the winter all I have to do is roll it up and tuck it under my carport until next summer. It was worth every penny buying this product and now all I have to do it watch it dance when the breezes flow through. Spend the money and you too will wish you got it sooner. P.S. Notice how the sun is bearing down outside the shade and yes my yard needs a serious cleaning!
