The 5/8" 5000' reel is either too heavy to ship or not being packaged properly. I ordered 4 pieces of this item. 2 pieces were never delivered, amazon said they were damaged during transportation, the other 2 pieces were delivered, but the reels were damaged as shown on photos. I ordered the 1/2" 5000' reel and the 5/8" 3000' reel previously and they were delivered in good condition. Other than this the mule tape itself is of good quality. SGT knots should add the option of mule tape with tracer wire. Very used in the communications industry and hard to find online to purchase.

Was able to utilize it to pull cable through 1/2 conduit with multiple turns in the pipe. While the pull tape didn't make it easier, it worked as intended and took some serious abuse of pulling on it and the measurements on the tape helped you understand where you were at with your pull.
