You would think all 1157 bulbs would fit, these would not fit into socket. Actually broke end off 1 trying to fit into socket. Regular glass bulb goes right in. I know they were cheap but you get what you pay for….

These worked amazing in the tail and brake light for my Polaris Outlaw 90 4 wheelers. So much brighter than incandescent.

I replaced my motorcycle tail/brake light with 1 of these. My lense was nearly sun bleached clear. Lights up REALLY bright red. Solved that,passed inspection.Easy to swap.

These bulbs could be real nice. I measured them first at 12.2V and the light and the pattern looked nice (not overly bright, I'd say just right) and the measured currents were 60mA (tail light pin only) and 350mA (brake light pin only, but also when using both pins at the same time).The issue happened when I installed them. I had already noticed that there was freeplay on the metal base, but I did not try to apply torque. When I then tried to install the first bulb, it was real hard to grab the metal base with the fingers, and when I turned (it is a screw in socket), it actually turned the assembly inside the metal base. And what actally happened is that I ripped off the two solid but thin wires that reach from the LED PCB to the B+ contact pins on the bottom of the base. These two wires is essentially what had held the bulb together, and when twisting, the first thing that will happen is that they get shorted, and next thing is they will rip off the PCB. I then looked at the second bulb, and it was also loose, but it had a little dent in the metal base, so I thought that dent is supposed to prevent it from rotating. But no, the assembly would just rotate in the base the same way as the first bulb did, and I could only install it by reaching with the tip of my fingers to the tiny bit that still sticks out of the socket, and applying a lot of fingertip pressure while screwing it in, like 30 degrees. That hurts on the fingertips, and really the outcome is still not satisfactory, because the assembly is still loose in the base, and when exposed to vibrations, it may over time still rip or break the wires off the PCB.Inspecting the broken bulb afterwards, I can see that there was a tiny spot of dry and brittle glue on the side of the assembly that was supposed to hold it in place inside the metal base. But in my case, that glue was already broken upon arrival, I did not even have to break it loose. That broken glue is the only issue.Having said that, the bulb also looks real nice installed in the bike, both when OFF but especially when ON in either Taillight or Brakelight mode.

Replaced the brake light bulbs on Suzuki Vstrom and they work great. Past experience with cheap LED brake light bulbs is they were not as bright as originals in day light, these are brighter then original bulbs in daylight. Very happy with these, will buy more for my cars.
