I'm so happy I bought this lat pulldown bar attachment for my home gym. I have missed being able to train not only my back but my triceps and biceps using the cable machine! The grip on this feels good and the size and length are perfect for my size. I'm a 6' larger guy so I'm pretty sure this is wife enough for most people since that's the case. I was a little worried about it being too loose near the handles where it clips together since this is light weight hollow tubing, but it is built well and has a snug fit. On top of that the grips could be slid up over the inserts to steady the even further. Overall, I definitely recommend this to anyone with a home gym.

This was not the cheapest on the market but it was, by far, the most expensive and looking at size and angles and hook up this bar pretty much was exactly like much more expensive ones. I’ve been using it now a couple times a week. Works great. So far no rust or paint wearing off.
