I needed my own ankle strap. The one at the gym and the carabiners is always somewhere else. Nice to have my own of both. Now once the cable machine is clear of strong men. I can work to strengthen my 81 year old muscles

The APEXUP Ankle Strap works great for cable machine exercises, particularly for glute workouts and leg extensions. The neoprene padding makes it comfortable, and the adjustable strap ensures a good fit. It’s durable and does the job well.However, my main complaint is that it only comes with one strap, which makes it a bit inconvenient when switching legs during exercises. I really wish it came with a pair to make workouts more efficient.Overall, it's a solid product, but a set of two would make it perfect!

The quality of this ankle strap is excellent. There is plenty of cushion and the 2 rings make it very comfortable.
