Es una cinta (no es un hilo retorcido). Lo estoy usando para tejer a croche y me resulta cómodo, incluso lo destejí y volví a tejer y mantiene su forma. Como comentario.. mejoraría la etiqueta, porque el color de impresión sobre el fondo de papel kraft no resulta fácil de leer. Muy buen producto!

I bought this to crochet a summer hat. I love the color and quality of this yarn. It is hard to work with but that is the nature of the product and can be expected. It looks great once worked up.

This raffia looks beautiful and is neatly wound on the spool. I was looking forward to crocheting a summer purse with this, but the entire spool has an awful smell that after just briefly touching the raffia, has transferred my hands. Not sure I can use this with the smell, and as it can’t be washed, only wiped clean, I don’t see a way to get rid of the odor. Best of luck if you buy this. I am sensitive to smells, so maybe others will not have an issue.

Esta bobina de papel de rafia es de gran calidad y además en el color lila, personalmente me encanta. Puedes elegir entre varios colores, pero reconozco que tengo debilidad por los fucsias, morados y lilas. Por ello, suelo tener papel seda y de envolver de estos colores y esta bobina de rafia de un color afín me viene muy bien.Su principal uso, claramente es el de envolver paquetes, ponerle pequeños lazos, cerrar bolsas o paquetes... perfecto para hacer regalos. A este respecto, me gusta tener material de envolver en casa que me gusta y disfruto mucho haciendo regalos y envolviéndolos.Su precio es de 14,01€ y aunque quizá lo encontremos un poco más barato en tienda, Amazon te da el aliciente de ponértelo en la puerta de tu casa o donde tú quieras, que siempre es un plus. Además, estoy segura de que me va a durar muchísimo tiempo porque trae un montón de metros.Me parece un buen producto de calidad y además, según tus gustos o necesidades, puedes escoger entre un montón de colores diferentes.

Das Papierband von Sensy Premium ist ordentlich zur Spule gewickelt, was die ordentliche Aufbewahrung erheblich erleichtert. Die Farbe hellnatur erinnert an Naturbast und gefällt mir sehr gut. Leider geht vom Produkt ein sehr penetranter undefinierbarer Eigengeruch aus, der bis dato nicht verflogen ist. Für Verpackungszwecke wird das nicht so arg relevant sein, aber allein die Aufbewahrung in der Schublade ohne weitere dichte Behältnisse ist dadurch echt beeinträchtigt.

I couldn't resist the price and for the cost I'll be experimenting with some of this. I've pretty much only used paper raffia for gift wrapping. Tightly twine it around a dowel or a pencil or your finger to create a curl. That's about what I know. At any rate it's a nice price for this much product.

This is a review for Sense Raffia Paper, 438 yards, in latte.I have wanted a roll of raffia paper for making crocheted raffia hats. This contains 400 meters/438 yards, and that's plenty to make myself at least one hat, maybe two. It works reasonably well with a 3 mm crochet hook, which is what my pattern called for. It's tight, but it works. 4mm would probably be better. This raffia does not work well when using a magic circle for beginning. It broke while I was trying to pull it tight. So I may need to come up with an alternative starting method. Other than that it's working well. I'm happy with how it works for the craft I have in mind, and I'm excited to know that it comes in other colors. Red and blue sailor hats for the summer, anyone?
