I liked the quality of this journal- I especially liked that I could take it with me in my purse because of its size. I feel more motivated after completing it each day.

I never journaled before but it was suggested as a way to help me thru some depression and grief. They also recommended something with prompts to make it easier to get started. This has been perfect. Lets me set goals for the day, reminds me of what is important in my life and makes me think thru the day. I use a different colored pen for each day to help keep it personal and interesting. Edit: I love this journal. It is helping me learn how to be positive, changing my mindset from expecting bad things to expecting good things. I’m still a work in progress but this is a huge help.

I just finished one of these and starting on my second one. I've done a lot of personal growth courses, books, CDs, meditation, etc over my life and I've had the biggest breakthroughs and life changing moments using this. I've ordered a bunch for my friends and they are noticing the same. I highly recommend!!
