Not satisfied at all. Low price is a bait for the product that is almost useless.I broke the boxes, otherwise I would’ve returned it back.Should be rated at 60 pounds capacity instead of 600 pounds. Add some extra money and buy a better product. I usually don’t leave the reviews but my frustration with this product made me to write the review.

I had to make some spacers because my power cage is a odd size 2.38” but otherwise really nice made and very sturdy.

I bought these for a 3x3 (75x75) rack with 5/8 holes. These are my first set of jammer arms. I did not want to spend 3-4 times as much for a name brand product just to have them sit collecting dust. If I use them a lot I suspect I am going to need something built heavier. They fit snuggly on my rack with the included 3M rubber adhesive inserts. I intend to primarily use them on an up angle from my rack for a pull-up station (high enough that I don't have to bend my legs) and shoulder presses of various angles - static and dynamic. For pull ups one side sits about an inch lower than the other. Not a deal breaker as I simply turn around every other set to even out any asymmetry. The handles are a little on the short side for me (I'm 6'1") - so that I have what would be a wide grip if I was gripping a standard bar. I would prefer the handles to be longer so I could get a stander or even narrower grip. The description says it is rated for 600 lbs - I would never try to put this much weight on them. 300 lbs each side seems like a recipe for disaster. Even 100 lbs on each side for a standing dynamic overhead press the brackets were really flexing. I hope I never have to drop even that much weight. And if I jump up for the pull up station same thing - lots of flex when I grab the bar (I weigh 220 lbs).So far I am happy with them for the price, but well see how they hold up if I keep using them very much.

Decent arms for the price. I would say "gentle use only" but they are effective. I bought the 2x2 size and attached to a Sportsroyals 2x2 squat rack. I've only had a max weight of 120lbs on each arm so far but again, they should last a long time if you don't ever drop them. 3x3 would obviously be a sturdier choice but these should suit my needs for at least several years. I'm still using my bench and weights from the late seventies so...

The ability to adjust them to a seet level as well at this price point is amazing! There is a bit of sway and moving them up and down is a pain since there is no fancy mechanism, but they get the job done and seem stable with the amount of weight that I put on them. There's not a better buy for lever arms, I will probably upgrade to a nicer set in the future but if you don't want to invest much and want lever arms for your power rack these are hard to beat. I haven't seen another set with this functionality for under $450.
