Doesn't fit a normal power cage frame.It literally is a pointless item

Overall the leg pad is a good addition the a home gym, allowing for more stability and versatility for exercise. Item was packaged well, ease to assemble and place on rack. Only negative is it does move around a good but if you aren’t fully centered on item.

I would not buy this thing, feels super cheap. Takes hardly any pressure before it makes a popping sound like the pin is about to come out of the hole. Definitly cheap and not a well thought out design! Do Not Buy!!!
