It worked fine and I have enough to do several more lcd displays just what the mc doctor ordered

It was the least expensive and will probably do the job, but not the highest quality. The polarizing effect is adequate at best.

Great polarized film, comes with two sheets. Both are clearly marked to show the direction of the polarization. Fun for introducing polarized light to children.

The filters, when perpendicular, only block a little bit of light. The filters are covered with bumps and scratches. Might be useful in circumstances where you need somewhat-polarized light, but the polarization rate is nothing close to the advertised 99.99%

Polarizing sheets are great for science experiments. For example, place two filters at right angles to one another and no light will go through. Place a plastic fork on top or below of the filter pair, and nothing happens. But place a clear plastic fork between those two filters and suddenly, the fork is awash in full color! They're also useful for removing glare from water -- say if you're looking for fish in a stream. All in all, these are good quality filters.

I use these for cross polarization with in studio photography. These go on the lights. A circular polarizer goes on the lens. No more glare. At 15 USD for 2 pk, it’s a pretty good deal. I would order this again.

Unusable, lot of creases, scuff marks or scratches.

It's polarizing film, pretty simple. Nothing special in the optical quality, so you're not going to be putting it in front of a camera, but can be used in conjunction with a glass filter to reduce light intensity. Cuts easily, so I could see this useful for making lots of small viewing windows for an educational purpose, but really on the small side for screens or photo/video purposes.
