These things are big! Handled a heavy ladder and kept grinning. I used one set to hang an extension ladder and it worked great. The other set is going to support yard tools when I decide where I want it. Yard tools will be no match for this brute. The rubber coating provides a gentle touch. Nice product.

I like that these hooks are heavy duty, rated to hold 40 kg. (88 lb.), and long enough to allow me to hang bulky items. I used these on an outside wall of my garage to hang a small electric lawnmower and an electric de-thatcher.Even though these tools are well under the weight limit of two hooks, I made sure they were anchored in solid wood. Because each set of hooks needed to be closer than the 16" spacing of my garage studs, I anchored a section of 2 X 4 behind the garage siding where I needed the second hook, and the first went into a stud. The 6" extension of the hooks allowed me to hang each of these items both ways to find the position with the narrowest profile.I'm not quite sure why drywall anchors are included with these hooks, because I wouldn't try to hang anywhere near the weight limit of these hooks. The only thing I might conceivably hang on them when anchored in drywall is something very light but bulky.I recommend these hooks.

When I ordered these, I was thinking to hang my hoses and big extension cord to get them organized, but I am already re-think that plan since these will hold up to 88 lb. I am currently working on new storage for my garage and these will work for my power tools or bikes or even my ladders. Mine arrived in perfect condition and the foam pad around the hook portion will protect a bike from scratching. I am going to enlist my son to help me decide where to put what so he can help me drill the holes too. I am not too good at that by myself. Good find

Large and sturdy. On arrival, a couple of the hooks were scraped and the paint was starting to wear off in places -- they would be better if they were powdercoated. With heavy duty use, I expect this wear to continue, though it's not a huge issue for garage or basement use. They seem strong, but for loads on the heavy end (these are rated to 88 pounds), a washer (not included) under the screws would be a very good idea. Overall, these do what they're intended to do.

The strength to old anything in my garage! I was leary the bolt included may not have the strength I was looking for so I used longer screws that I had on hand. Currently I have 2 holding a very heavy ladder and it is no problem. These are helping my garage reorganization project go so easy.

I didn’t realize how big these were when I ordered them. These hooks are big and strong. I used these to hang a big blanket ladder in my garage. I have no concern about these not being strong enough to hold up over time. I like the rubber that protects what the brackets are holding. I’ll be getting more to hold even heavier items in the future to help keep my garage nicely organized.
