This cushion is very comfortable. Unlike others I have purchased in the past, it isn't too thick, yet just enough to relieve pressure in my back. It is wide enough to cover the entire seat, and the gel remains cool. It's perfect for extended periods of time sitting in the office.

Comfortable, less expensive alternative but arrived with a thick petroleum-like residue on the pads and covers that will get into your chair / clothing. This was present on two separate cushions. Would strongly advise washing everything with diluted dish detergent in a utility sink or tub, even the pads before you machine-wash them. EDIT: Said pads but meant the covers, I would not machine-wash the pads themselves.

This product was bought as a gift for my girl friend to use at work. She has enjoyed a more comfortable work day while using this product. It was not as thick as I thought it would be but has proven to be sufficient. For the money, I don’t know that you could get a better product. Also, the cushion is easy to carry and move from one place to another.

My kid's office chair seat was starting to rip and wear, so I was looking for a new seat cushion (versus buying another chair) and stumbled across this product. I was intrigued by the simple design, that it was flexible, and looked like it would fit appropriately on the chair. The cushion itself is described as a gel cushion in the product details, but it's more like silicone waffling versus a gel feel. The double-sided design is key to provide sturdy, ample joint offloading and comfort. It would be easily cleaned if something spilled on it. The cushion comes with 2 cushion covers, with texturing on one side to limit slipping. Depending on the surface, some slippage may still occur, but for the most part, it does stay in place. It is not as thick as my prior foam cushion, allowing for better posture without lowering the chair height and having to readjust my workspace. I kept this cushion for myself! I can see this being used in a wide variety of scenarios, especially if someone has hip/back pain with sitting or sits for a long time and needs extra cushion. The price is affordable too. I am very pleased with this purchase.
