First. I bought this for my car and I noticed that it is not wide enough for my thighs, it does not cover the whole car seat. So instead, I push it up to give more support to my back and butt. Also another negative is that it feels almost like a booster seat, which I guess this also depends on your height but this was too thick. It doesn’t make you feel any cooler, if anything I think I feel hotter sitting on it. I haven’t felt any back relief.Update: I’m giving it one stars. I tried to like it because of the price but it’s really uncomfortable. It’s too thick! And doesn’t help with back support because it’s thick, it puts you at a much more uncomfortable position. Don’t get it.

This cushion is very comfortable, doesn’t slip on the seat and raises me up with its thickness to see above the wheel I am 4’11” and need the extra height to drive comfortably. Great cushion

This seat and lumbar cushion eliminated the need for me to have a pillow and lumbar support. The design also has a nonslip bottom that keeps it in place. It is quite comfortable and economical.

So far my favorite cushion and I have tried several! This one gives gentle support not to hard on my skinny bony body. Some cushions are to hard to sit on- others not supportive enough. This is seems perfect!
